Hello Folks,

I have an experience of 7+ years, but in 2 different job designations.

Is it necessary to file FSWP in a single designation as listed in the NOC list or can it be in 2 differnent designations.

Please reply at the earliest as I have my WES and IELTS done.

They sent 2 different packets labeled and then they put it in the one big envelope for fedex! both packets were labelled with NOCs. Do you really think that should be a concern ? as packets are different n fully packed, they just used one envelope to courier it !

As mentioned earlier, not a concern, but you should still give your consultant a piece of your mind.

i just want to ask those who already got PPR, how many days were given to you by the visa office (from the day you receive the PPR email) to comply with the passport submission?

do you think this time period is the same for all visa offices or is it going to be different and depends on the respective VO themselves?

Hello all, thanks for all the helpful info.my husband is the primary applicant and we plan on applying for 2281. We are awaiting ielts result and eca report. i have gone through his reference letters and although his duties are a good match, I personally think they are filled with too much technical jargon and only mention a few key words. It may be difficult getting another set of letters. Should he write a letter explaining the technical jargon and showing how they fit 2281?

I am 21, May applicant in NOC: 2173 was waiting for CC charge that my friend whose credit Card details I had sent.
He lied to me and told yesterday only that his card was lost and new is in transit.
Please tell me if
1) I can send DD to CIC. Will they consider it now.
2) Do CIC send email if in any case transaction was not processed/failed.

You can try sending another cc details by ups courier ASAP with cover letter explaining the situation
If your package reaches there on time (3-4 days) you still have chance (1 %) but if you r late .. U have nothing to lose .. And start with new application .

once u reach a minimum of 20 posts, u will be able to see [good][poor] on left panel under the user name.
from there you can rate it.
[good] for plus one
[poor] for minus one

You can only designate ONE NOC per application. There would be a rejection if multiple NOCs are nominated in the same application. However, you can claim points for work done in multiple NOCs as long as they are in NOC O, A, or B and in the past 10 years.

Keep calling them, and ask them for details on your file as they have the access. they can look into their database by having your details into it.
I tried and succeeded when one polite lady roughly age about 35 came and i present myself in a way that it is very important for me to know my status update, its like everything for me. you will make my day if you help me n all.
This way I was able to crack that. May be you can try the same.
Please note that, they have the access.
