Of course your words made sense. First In First Out concept is as per CIC and is not a presumption from me. Also, regarding everyone feeling normal for taking longer for 7th May applicants against 1st May, i think it was normal because even there it was FIFO and number of 7th May applicants was too high.

Yes you can pay RPRF fees online or by DD.. both ways are good..

I believe Canada started giving multiple entry visa to applicants asking for it, since 2011/2012 , i think. Not sure though. But mine is multiple entry, and i have re-entered Canada multiple times, in that Visa.

One correction to the above, my visa was Business/Visitor visa and my purpose of travel there was mainly Business. Not sure if there is a difference in how they treat Business v/s Visitor visa request.

No, it's not that. When you applied you must have chosen multiple entry option with a higher fee.

Thanks, and I should also initiate PCC process. My prob is am going to India for few weeks. Not sure i can take PCC from India when am a US resident.
