Thats a good way to calculate but I'll give my 2cents on that:
1. PERs on the forum(SS) are always under reported at all times as we generally see people coming up a week or even two weeks later to inform PER and quite a few people lose the edit link... makes the job to update the SS tougher...
2. Do we really know that the CIC number 2760 is based on PERs or Payment charged or any other criteria. FOr that you gotta give some benefit of the doubt and allocate some %age points there ...
3. Even if my assumption of 30% is wrong, the number of applications received/day from the SS will drop in the same ratio. (64.3:27.4:16.7). Hence, CIC should pick up speed post 22nd MAy applications getting completed... and more so after 16th June applications getting done ....

Seems logical.

Hi Seniors,

My application was delivered to CIC on 4th Sept 2014, I got the DD made from bank on 13th Aug. As CIC is taking about 3-4 months in encashing the DD, i want to know does any problem like DD expired arises because generally a DD is valid for 3 months(correct me if I am wrong).
Please shed some light on this.

international DDs are generally valid for 6 months, unless bank has specifically mentioned 3 months. Don't worry.

And what I strongly believe that atlst the aspirants who will get their visa should be added to some Facebook/whatsapp group with their real identity. That will help all of us a lot in our future journey. This will have niche zone so only needed necessity will be popped up.

Here number of entries is 1 and its an immgrant visa, also same applies to visitor visa. Only under student visa I found multiple as number of entries.

Guys if you can elaborate on this.

I believe this will be a landing visa, so only ONE entry. Once you land you will get a PR card.
P.S., My Business/Visitor Visa is MULTIPLE entry, so depends on what was requested in your visitor visa app .

British council do provide an additional copy if someone has applied for Canada Immigration. They ask for certain proofs indicating that you have applied to CIC. Someone in the forum did manage to get an additional IELTS report. Try speaking with them again and tell them that you have sent the original to CIC and would need another copy for yourself. May be they will inform you about the procedure to follow.

No, I have not added my details in the Pinoy FSW spreadsheet. I have noticed from the global spreadsheet that there are lots of May 23 applicants that used DD as mode of payment.

Hi Again

As I am new here I am not sure if this has already been answered or not, some inputs on it will be highly appreciated.

Til date has anybody received their application back from CIO-NS due to incomplete info etc. If yes how many days does it usually take to receive a reply in "completeness check" phase of CIO.

Also how would one get to know when charge has been made if its DD. As I am aware my bank in delhi- HDFC bank has already debited $550 from my account the date it was made, how will I get to know when the DD is honored.

surprisingly, i found all the images of visitor visa with 1 single entry. That was not digestible.. As generally there is no limitation on it. Its only the duration which comes into the picture.

One cannot always choose words to everyone's liking. Humor is part of the game, I never mind if people make fun of me. Some people already do that I believe, and I don't mind it.

Try interacting with some Canadians in other parts of the forum, they will rip clothes off with their sarcasm. We all need to prepare ourselves for the Canadian experience and what better way to start than on this very forum. I believe people need to shed their narrow minded focus and be open to criticism at times.

If I call someone else to be ready to be flipping burgers in Canada, in my mind I have already prepared myself for cleaning toilets/ windows or flipping burgers at a McDonalds in Canada.
