Hi people,

As expected the bank blocked the CIC charge in the CC because I never use it outside USA.
I called the bank and aproved the charge... so, in how many days I expect the new try? 2 to 3 days?

Thanks a lot!

I'm a May 22nd applicant :)

Based on the experiences of others on this forum, they normally try to charge at least 2 more times. Maybe they'll try again tomorrow or the next day. Just keep hanging in there.

Hi

My points under the federal skilled workers category :
Education : 15
Work experience : 21
Age : 8
IELTS secondary applicant : 5
IELTS primary : 18 (based on the below calculation)

Listening : 7.5 = 5
Reading : 6.5 =5
Speaking : 6 = 4
Writing : 6 =4
---------------------------------------
Total CLB = 18 Please advice if this is the right way of calculating ?

Total Score : 67

But As per my agent my IELTS scores are 16 ( 4 in each ability) so my points comes down to 65

Kindly confirm Am I still eligible to apply for a PR or do I need to give my IELTS again

Hi

After looking at the IELTS scores, I'm getting 18 points too. Others on the forum could corroborate.

Dear All,

I just get mail from WES that my documents have been received and have to be verified from my university.
Please, does any member of the forum has an idea on how long it may take for WES to verify result from institution? Because am afraid i may not meet uo with DEC deadline, so how can I expedite this verification?

Thanks.

Congratulations to those who got CC charged, DD encashed, received PER, and received MR :)

I am a May 23 Applicant and I used DD from one of the trusted banks in the Philippines. However, I have no way of finding if my DD is encashed unless I receive a PER. I am getting nervous as I could see some May 23 applicants being charged. I am hoping and praying to receive the good news like others :) Good luck and God bless us all forum members :)

If you expected it then why you didn't take corrective measures beforehand. Were you testing something?
Now gotta wait for a week for retry.

Yess!! Congrats!! So happy for you. +1 to you.

Really happy to see that DDs from May 21 are now being fully encashed and currently getting PER.

Btw, only seeing fee encashed date updated in the spreadsheet under your name. Remember to also update with PER.
