Hi,
I am August 25th applicant for NOC 2173,
what is the chance of me to get my application in CAP1000 of 2173?

Two weeks before it was 188,One week before it was 218 and This week it is 242,seems the number of application for each week is getting reduced now.

You will be in cap. The number will decrease as time pass. So if may and june have 250 per month. July and Aug will hardly have 200 per month. So calculate like that.

I just now received the email from CIC for my email dated July 26th. They said they have received my application and is awaiting processing.

Ecas = In Process. We have received your application on May 20th. Looking forward to PER now.

Doesn't need to be noratized if it is in English; just need to send a copy of the degree and transcript (if available).

I thought so myself.But doesn't the guide say that ALL copies should be notarized? Anyone who has this experience (whether the copy of degree which is sent with WES report should get notarized or not)? ??? ???

Hi Applicants and Seniors,

This is my first post.
I am from India and Interested in FSW program and have done with my & my spouse IELTS and WES. Please advise me further what are documents to be submitted in application, apart from the checklist IMM5612E. I have heard a lot many documents are requested by processing authority. If anybody out here experienced the same or seniors please advise me to proceed.

I am going to apply for 2133 code. Anybody in the same process, please share your experience, & we can share the timelines. Generally how much is the processing time?

One query guys........
Why CIC is not working on the rest 31 files pending for getting charged.........why they are moving ahead even there are files pending in the previous days................my file is in the same pool ...........what they are doing from last couple of days there is no signal charge from 14 may files........but the files from 21 may. Dates is getting charged ..........please enlighten the issue ..............

I see some people are checking the ECAS STATUS WITH OUT PER EMAIL.HOW CAN WE CHECK THE ECAS STATUS WITH OUT UCI NUMBER?
I AM MAY 20 TH APPLICANT.CC CHARGED ON AUGUST 28TH..AND HOW LONG IT TAKES TO GET A PER EMAIL?

Same is the situation here. Which NOC are you?? CIC is working on Multiple dates. I hope they switch back to the sequence as per the App received date. Wait patiently until something official is communicated to you from CIC (which is a very painful wait). I hope it finishes soon. Wish you all luck

Also wanted to check with seniors and others in the forum. What has been the trend in case of a rejection, DO they get a Email or is it sent back to them by post with letter stating the reason??

more or less the CC/DD is getting charged first for 21-22, they hv not sent the PER
PER status getting update for week 3 if u hv noticed.

CC/DD collection is diff. department and Doc/App verification is diff. department
First comes in the money than they march towards APP.
hope, you understand the rule and have some more patience.... 8)

dont be worried unnecessarily, CIC might be slow, everyone here are just waiting, but sooner or later CIC will pick fast

all documents which are translated need to be notarized,The documents in ENGLISH/FRENCH need not to be notorized.. This is not mandatory

PPl are able to check the status with the old UCI, from last year's app.
If you hv applied last year, CIC must hv marked a UCI #, if not NO NEED TO WORRY - this time u will get one.
