Does this mean that all background checks etc etc have been done???

Also the attachment mentions about Medicals to be submitted as well.....
Need a confirmation on the steps required now:
1. Pay fee online using the link above and print the receipt - I have to enter number of applications as 2 (as i need to pay 980 CAD)
2. Obtain PCC for my spouse and myself -- to be send in original
3. Need to get medicals done: to be send in original
4. Photocopies of my son's, wife's and my passports

All this needs to be packaged and sent to the address above...
Please confirm brothers....

can anyone help me out.!! i sent my application on 23rd of june.the courier says it has been delievered on 27th of june. i see many of them saying that thier application is recieved by DAVID OR MIKE OR J.MILLER etc but till date i got no reply from them. i dont even know whether they have recieved it or not.

i called up panel doctor and she told me that i will get 3 forms one for each of us in application and each will have a unique number associated to it..

Has someone who got MR faced this that VO has forgotten to attach this form?

We are preparing second application as back up.
Can any one advice how to get the additional TRF or we can send photocopy?

Many applicants faced same situation earlier....

Wait for next 48 hours....

If the forms does not come within this time then u may go to the clinic directly coz they have the info online...take the Printed email with ur hand.....(do this if the center is not too far away)...

This is the worst case situation...-local VO forget to send the form with separate email...

A tricky process: Take a GD/report from nearest local police station that u lost ur IELTS report (which is not that much hard...)

Then British Council is bounded to give a new report.......

Consider the above for the worst case situation....

Yes, this is the courier address for centralized intake office. Make sure you are editing line 3 and 4 accordingly.
Per my personal experience, I found UPS to be the best followed by Fedex. DHL is no-no as their service(or the third party they liasion with) in Sydney, NS, which by the way is a small place, is not on par with the other two.
