I would just say bad luck and your file may have been scored harshly...but please don't loose hope get another IELTS TRF and send another file to CIC

Why was my application rejected because of IELTS expiration :'( Am I the chosen one?

Hello my senior broz...

NDVO has not send me the Medical Report form (IMM 1017E). This form contains a IME number for each person in application.
i called up panel doctor and she told me that i will get 3 forms one for each of us in application and each will have a unique number associated to it..

Has someone who got MR faced this that VO has forgotten to attach this form?

Currently CIC is working on May 14 - May 21st Apps...so wait for another couple of months before getting charged...the rest of the process depends on your local VO's speed no one can answer that

Hi jasz0001,

The 'received and signed by' information would be available with your courier service. When they deliver the package, someone from CIC signs the package and this is what ppl are referrring here to. Most of them would know through their online tracking of the package(UPS, Fedex for sure).

Suggest you to enquire with your courier service and ask for delivery confirmation report.

can anyone help me out.!! i sent my application on 23rd of june.the courier says it has been delievered on 27th of june. i see many of them saying that thier application is recieved by DAVID OR MIKE OR J.MILLER etc but till date i got no reply from them. i dont even know whether they have recieved it or not.
