You will hear something within a month I guess. PER means your application was found complete and eligible under FSW 2014.

Thanks for the reply. So, what is the first feedback we should get? I mean should I expect an email just to confirm the application is complete?

Regards,
Ahmed

There was a political unrest making Cairo VO not to work at its full capacity.

SGVO also can't work at its full capacity (I don't know the reason) but nothing happened....

If it is UAE, go to any typing center. They'll get it done for you, do review before picking the final one as they do spelling mistakes.
Regards

So how does that make it a certified translation? The CIC defines a Certified Translator http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/helpcentre/glossary.asp#certified_translator as:

A member in good standing of a provincial or territorial organization of translators and interpreters in Canada.

Are your typists members of Canadian organization of translators and interpreters? Sorry, I'm just curious. Thank you though.
O.O.

Some more predictions based on new status update from CIC. Everyone is interested in knowing when the caps will fill. The following chart shows predictions based on three separate modes of prediction, for 4 hottest NOCs and the total cap. Actual situation will most likely be anywhere between quadratic and linear, and that may vary among different NOCs as well. And obviously, the inherent lag in the CIC website update to the real situation is going to be a factor too. Note that this chart only predicts the dates when CIC website will announce that the CAP is full. It doesn't tell which date applications will those be at that time.

NOC 2174 almost reaches 500 (ie. half of 1000 cap) while they are processing May applications, but it seems this predication chart does not show this fact?
