This tally of FSW completed applications is really a bummer.

The tally released just the other day is only "The number of complete federal skilled worker applications received since May 4, 2014 is an estimate." based from the footnote.

The total number of complete application for 2174 is already at 481! after 4 days of opening!
What more do you expect 2 weeks after may 1.

Canada's CIO should hasten their work in updating this tally sheet because many immigration agencies are still squandering the money of their applicants by making them believe that they can still be in the CAP where in fact it is impossible to be accepted under those HOT NOC by now!

What a poor performance by the canadian immigration!

Thanks for sharing this information about some immigration consultants.

In this forum,we should educate people more on the capping issues so that they will not
continue to be wasting time & resources on running after what is not available.

That was the main reason,I started the discussion on Capped!Capped!!Capped!!!.
A lot of analysis, arguments and discussion are going on that topic in this forum.

Thanks for this thoughtful information.

Hey did you miss the part "Since" not till. But still May 4 was a sunday :o

EXACTLY!

the tally is SINCE may 4 and the cap for 2174 is already at 400 plus (4 DAYS after FSWP opened)
what more do you expect after a month!

I'm becoming redundant here.

In short I can Intelligently guess that those HOT NOC's are already full as of like right now- september 2
based from the tally that they are releasing dated just "may 4"

Dear all,

I just found this forum this weekend and I have spent a day reading all the relevant threads. However, the discussion has gone so far that I sometime missed the important note. So I'd like to ask where I can find the most updated information about applications received by CIC. I found this link but not sure because to total seems too small :(

I intend to apply for Investment analyst 1112 (my current job). The application by July is about ~~300 and I want to know whether I still have a chance. I was an auditor in the past and am not sure whether auditor and financial analyst are in the same pool. I received WES report today. My B.A was consider as a 4-years degree in Canada. So will I have 21 points?

My points breakdown are as follows:

Ages : 12
Experience: 15
IELTS: 22 (R: 8.5 - L: 8 - S: 6.5 - W: 6.5)
Education: 21 (if I'm right about this)
Total 70 points.

Thanks for all great information on this forum.

Best,
Jess

Which bank draft is this ?
i had got a draft issued by ICICI which does not have validity mentioned, implying that validity is 6 months from date of issue as confirmed by the bank. They have also said that they can extend validity if I request in future.

Here they have mentioned it is 3 months, please check below link

Urgent! Did anyone translate the birth certificate of yourself?

I included two documents for my birth certificate:
1. Official household registration form in English, on which has my name, birth place, birthday, and my parents name
2. Birth certificate from my hospital(not official document) in my mother language - I translated this one by myself and got notarised. I signed on the "translator" column and the notary signed and stamped on another place on the form. He also stated that this is a certified translated copy.

Should I fetch my document back from UPS? (The document has not been on the plane yet)

Thank You!

I did get my BC translated through a certified registered translator. As per my consultants direction.

Ignore the footnote comment. You can get some idea about the trends and estimation of capping and other stuff from the below link, which is maintained by the forum members.

Also the current figure showing in the CIC site represents applicants of mid May, mostly from 1st to 14th May.

Thanks.

guess its safe to assume that june applicants will be processed mid sept early october? sad they are still working on may applicants
