what about NOC 2173, as of now it reach 188, seems it get capped somewhere in November, I have send my application to CIC and it reached on 25th August. Just want to know would my application be in CAP1000 or not? worried about the news,

Please guide me

I havent seen the mail personally,

consultant inform me. but its received on today may be around 12.30 or so.

Congrats Best wishes .. I hope you are the first 15th May applicant getting PER .

So today are they working over time ??? :- At what time did you receive your PER email ??

u can do following calc urself

A: Total apps as per CIC for you NOC
B: Total apps in SS for your NOC for which CC/DD is charged

C: Total apps in transit + Received (but CC/DD not charged) = Total apps of ur NOC as per SS - B
D: C*3
E: C*4

A+D: is expected current status of CAP.
A+E: is conservative current status of CAP.

One more question about Statutory Declaration of "Common-Law Union (IMM 5409)"form.

In the last section it is written:

name of the Commissioner of Oaths
signature of the Commissioner of Oaths

Who is "Commissioner of Oaths" ?? : :-X

The commissioner of oaths is the person at the canadian embassy who, you go to with your common-law partner and declare that you are in a common-law marriage relation. I don't remember exactly but you pay something like 50usd to her and in return she gives you a signed and stamped paper.

Kindly tell me is there record of person in embessy without giving that person file number or such any type of AOR?

SHE will ACCOMPANY u but after completing her studies, ........... the specific question basically means "WILL SHE ACCOMPANY U EVER" ............. don't take it in literal sense.

If u say, she will not accompany then u have to sponsor her through spousal visa, which is a long process. She can complete her landing and go back to US for her education.

guys I received my Per on 12 August.Can you please guide me with my case.I got married on 7 June after submitting my file to CIC on 7 may. my wife is living in USA she is a green card holder.while I am living in Pakistan.my wife will not accompany me in Canada as she is studying in USA. do i need to update my information in CIC if my wife is not accompanying me.I am planning to bring her to Canada after she finishes her studies I will sponsor her after settling myself there. please guide

Is there someone has not received PER from cic, my noc code is 2171, signed by 13/05, my credit card charged in 8/11 2014.

Hello everyone,

I was pleasantly surprised to find this incredibly informative and supportive forum and was hoping you could give me your opinions on my chances of making it under the cap.

If everything goes to plan, I would like to send my application sometime in late October (I have to wait for the results of my IELTS which I am taking on the 2nd of October). Although I am not worried about my NOC (0015) filling up, the overall cap concerns me. What do you think my chances are of making it under the cap and when do you think my credit card/demand draft will be charged?
