Hello Everyone,

I am finally applying for FSW 2014 under NOC 1123 (Professional occupations in advertising, marketing and public relations)

I saw the cic website and only 23 applications approved so far so I guess I am not late yet ;)

I am having few questions/doubts/confusions so help experience people like you will be great!

- My spouse don't have birth certificate, is there any alternate to it? Also his 10th/12th certificate has Jain as last name while passport/pancard and all other documents have Sethia as last name, both are same though but still different. What can be the other option?
- What is National IDs other than Passport? Do we need to provide something like Pan Card? But in the form they asks for expiry date of the National ID as well?

Last but not the least, since I have done Masters in Arts (Media & Production) and was top scorer in the university for both years so got job in my college as Assistant Lecturer immediately. I was there on contract basis (4 hrs per day for 7 months). The contract was renewed for same period for next 3 years.

Now my question is should I apply under NOC 1123 or NOC4011 because my current employer is a small pvt. ltd. company while the other one is College itself which is any day more recognised and preferred. But when I see NOC4011 it all mentions about University and not College, my college is approved by GNDU and all students gets their degrees by GNDU university only. Do I still fall under NOC4011 or I should just focus on NOC1123?

Thank you so much for reading, your help will be really appreciated.

Cheers!

Guys your help will be really appreciated...please help.

Thanks

Anyone from 2014 Applicant of SGVO got AOR Email?

Thus case specific enquiry link works some times during the day intermittently.. so best option would be to check it randomly or you can wait for aor as sgo is sending aors

Just wanted to know about my next course of action to include my new born baby in my application.

I already got PER on 11th August and my Visa office is Singapore.

As per my knowledge I need to send my daughter's passport,Birth Certificate,Family Information form to Singapore Visa Office.

But my confusion is I have not got any email from SGVO regarding File transfer or AOR and I am also unable to use the case specific inquiry in the below URL:
Code:
https://dmp-portal.cic.gc.ca/enquiries-renseignements/case-cas-eng.aspx?mission=singapore
- Due to technical issue this section is unavailable for few days i guess. Where should I inform about my new born baby? CIC or SGVO?

Can anyone suggest me any alternative procedure to include my new born baby to my PR Application.

Thanks in advance for the co-operation :)

Here's an interesting post (from few months ago) from the FSW 2013 thread by an NDVO applicant. The applicant actually met the NDVO official who worked on his file.

Very informative.
+1 buddy.

Also his 10th/12th certificate has Jain as last name while passport/pancard and all other documents have Sethia as last name, both are same though but still different. What can be the other option? Answer: In the form Enter the name he uses now as the main name and the other one as an alias; to support provide an affidavit.

- What is National IDs other than Passport? Do we need to provide something like Pan Card? But in the form they asks for expiry date of the National ID as well? Answer: For India choose No for National ID, we don't have a national ID, Passport is not a national ID.

@Gsw/All floks,

I want to highlight a point. If any of the 7th, 8th, 9th & 10th PER'S are still pending from consultancies (or) vendors. Ask them to cross check with their representatives. The representatives are getting but they are missing to forward......Same has happened to me. They have sent me after 15 days they have received from CIO. All the best to all..............

Hello Fraisercrane, thanks for your reply.

Are you sure we should put alias name? as he's not using that name any more, also what affidavit we need to get done? Sorry for these stupid questions but your help will be appreciated.

@ century

You realize another "thing" which starts with "S", right???

-1, for letting me know the reason behind my slow speed.... should have shown this research to my parents 33 years ago.

P.S: Lets make it snail vs hare (CPC-O)

Century said:
Hi Shah:

The top 4 Slowest animals on earth have "S" at the start namely:
1. Snail

2. Slugs

3. Starfish

4. Sloth:

So, there is no space for hare or tortoise, because it does not start with "S". Another "thing" that is very slow and start with "S" is SGVO.
