In my opinion WES's purview is to evaluate credential not date of birth; and if there is an error on date of birth in their report but it is explained in the cover letter then that should over-write their error. Also I think all your other documents have the right date of birth, and that is critical for DOB proof is what I think mate. Just my view!

•$15,000 CAD (bank account)
•$65,000 CAD (house jointly owned by me and my dad)
TOTAL: $80,000 CAD

b)Liabilities
•25,000 CAD (house mortgage jointly take my me and my dad) payable in the next 20 years
TOTAL: $25,000 CAD

My question is what will be my settlement funds:
i)$25,000 CAD (bank account)
OR
ii)$55,000 CAD (Net Funds)
OR
iii)$-10,000 CAD (bank account - House mortgage)

I don't believe you will be the 1st person to report rejection for ECA having wrong DoB.

Anyway, as suggested by Oscar7, add cover letter + photocopy of wrong college TOR+ the corrected TOR + e-mail communication between you and WES (if they reply)
