my sister in CA received my PCC from FBI.
the letter is on blue paper and the seal + sign is photocopy.

basically, the whole letter looks like a photocopy.

is this how it is supposed to look? i'm not sure if VO is going to give me trouble for this or not.

can anybody with US PCC confirm this?

Try n do photocopy of that paper u will get to know the difference between original FBI report n photocopy

A Small Update from my side.

For the first time I can see my ECAS status In Process online today. I am a 14th May applicant and hope that everything goes well from now.

Just a small question to the seniors: Does any one know of any rejection cases after receiving PER.

Hope everything goes well with the other applicants too.

I am new to this forum please help me in following issue.
1. During period from March 2004 to Oct 2011 My job duties fall under 0111 from Oct 2011 to june 2012 under NOC 0124 and June 2012 to may 2013 under 0111 and 1114 . From June 2013 till date under NOC 0124 and 0013.
My Question is Can I apply for NOC 0111 if yes how I have to fill Schedule 3 form Q.12 and how many points would I get for my work experience.
2. I would be able to send application by sep 10 Could you guess I would be within Cap?
3. Regarding Funds(for a family of three) I am showing
a) Provident fund 4.5 lacs
b) Fixed deposit with the bank 3 lacs
c) Bank Statement showing 1 lac
d) Insurance policies with Surrender Value 6.5 lacs
Total approx. 15 lacs (approx. CAD 29400) will they accept above as proof for settlement fund .
4. My wife scored : IELTS Reading 6, Writing 5.5, speaking 6.5 and listening 6 Overall 6. Can I add 5 points on her IELTS score.

I read on this forum that VO has sent some member an email stating his job reference letters are misrepresented as the company HR did not verify the letters provided by applicant. It is in this view that im confused whether I should provide letter on letterhead from my manager or on plain paper coz letterhead references may not go well with HR as managers are not suppose to issue reference letters in my company.

In that case get personal letters rather than on letterhead, and explain in an annexure that the company will not issue reference letters. You'll be fine. Definitely don't violate company policy because verification does happen and you don't want to risk your application or the managers' jobs!

pls help I am in US on h1b visa have filed for canada pr fsw 14 from india not yet received file number ...my question is can I travel to canada from US for a week as someone told me if u filed a pr u cannot apply or enter the country on any visa till the decisions are made??

However, for an experience, claim only one NOC not 2 (like 0111 and 1114; 0124 and 0013. Try to avoid 0013.

Dear experts,

i have recently came to saudi arabia on work visa, however till date my Iqama ( Residency permit) is not issued. My company is telling that i will get it by end of october. In the generic application form there are dates to be mentioned in current country of residence. Without getting the residency card i will not be able to mention these details, and i cant wait till october end, i want my application to be filed by 25th sept. My company is ready to provide me a letter stating that my residency permit card is under process and will take so and so time. Any help or suggestions on this matter please.

I guess your passport is stamped with KSA visa with your entry , send copy of this visa and entry stamp, I think it should suffice
And u can also include a cover letter stating it if you like to...however I strongly feel that visa copy is enuf

For 12.a U will use only 0111 (entering multiple NOC in 12.a results in REJECTION). U will get full 15 if u provide proper reference letter as per CIC requirements for each job. If some letter is missing, then u will get points only for remaining exp.
2. I would be able to send application by sep 10 Could you guess I would be within Cap? --> for 0111 most probably

As per FSW13 avg timeline of London VO, it took almost 9 -11 months over to be added of this second line....So ofcourse no need to check this over and over like me....

There is no restriction on applying. For some cases, immigration authority may think, you got intention to live Canada forever and so sometime deny. But if you apply from America, I don't think so, they will deny. So, pls do apply. ;D ;D
