Yes. I believe there is no form. You have to pay it online & print receipt. Email that receipt and you are done.

Thanks! Here in Manila, it is through certified checks or bank drafts.

I hope not.! I'm expecting they finish visa process in at least 4-5 months after PER!

Lot of applicants said that ndvo is fastest however they are working slowest. My aprehensions are that they might not be able to complete the process in two years. As i already said that thay are atleast going to receive 4000 aprox application. They should atleast send 5 MRs per day to complets the process in two years......

Dear,

WES assess the CA degree as bachelor, so in this case you have two bach. degrees so for that you can have 23 points,

and your articleship duties are matching to your NOC description too. in that case you will have full 15 points else 13 points.

I am also having same case like you. I have claimed 23 & 15 points.

Dear Seniors

my sister has applied under NOC:6242 last year where Interview conducted initially and then Medical was done in March, 2013. Now, after a long pause, they responded with a letter stating

"we have reasons to believe that you have misrepresented your work experience and employment history. additionally, our checks determine that one of the experience letter was fraudulent..."

we have contacted both of the employers;

one of them has accepted that he had refused to verify the experience letter due to unauthorized person has issued the letter and record wasn't found at that time. after negotiations, he has agreed to issue afresh experience letter along with content verification (sign & stamp) of previous letter (that was declared fake/ illegal). HR manager was kind enough to send an email to embassy (from where i got the email) to clarify the situation and also has attached both experience letters in the email.

we have responded to embassy with a cover letter (clarifying the actual situation)+ 2 experience letters ( new & old with content verified - also sent by employer) + informed that 2nd employer has closed its business therefore we can't do much about it (though he confirmed us that he gave +ve report upon verification).

by reading above, pl guide what are chances still there ??? and Is there anything we can further provide to strengthen our case ???

Much relieved upon getting your reply....:)

we also need to send the Receipt cum invoice provided by the medical center, Right? Thats upto you. You can send it as a confirmation that you have done your medical. Basically it is for your record because sometimes CIC is not able to find PA's Medical Report send by Doctor, so at that time you can send that receipt/invoice to help CIC re-allocate your medical to your application. P.S. Sending it to CIC wont harm you.

Do we need to send the copy of the forms which CIC has send along with the MR mail ? No thats not needed. That form has IMEI no. which is specifically assigned to you. You just have to give a copy of that to Physician and you are done.

How about a "ice bucket challenge"? The challenge being a forumite pours ice cold water on NDVO officers :P :P
That's better idea. Let me give them challenge ;)

joke on the side, if i do all over it again, with the same NOC, since they have my previous application (rejected one), wouldn't it be "strange" to receive the letters from the same employers, but just with the corrected info - info they wanted? i'm not clear on how that might work and not look suspicious (even tough there is nothing suspicious about it).

I am very sorry to hear your application has been rejected. I can see in the SS there was no IELTS submited for the spouse.. With your next application, you may be able compensate lost points on experience with those of your spouse language ability?
