Just received SMS from my bank... happy to announce that my CC has been charged with CAD 1250.

Application received on 16th May.
NOC: 2171
CC charged on: 25th Aug.
Visa office: New Delhi

Hello

I have done the same think. I paid it with CC via reaching their call center. Cheques are accepted only issued by UK banks. You can also ask a friend in the UK to get a postal cheque from post office. Bear in mind it has 6 GBP charge.

If you are not in a hurry, you can choose secure International delivery option. because you will be paying 45 GBP for the certificate, already. No need to pay 48 GBP for the delivery.

13th May applicant here and payment mode was DD.

I can''t get any information from my bank regarding the DD encashment & no PER email yet. I have seen 14th may applicants getting PER, so I am a bit worried.

Is there any way to check the status of my DD/application? I have my uci number from my last year's submission.

Bless The Lord! It is a miracle because...it is just a miracle...still don't believe it.

I think I have received my PER because it says, 'Based on a review of the information you have provided, your application has received a positive determination of eligibility to be processed on the basis of work experience in an occupation specified in the Instructions issued by the Minister of Citizenship, Immigration and Multiculturalism and published in the Canada Gazette on May 1, 2014. However a final decision on your eligibility to be selected as a federal skilled worker will be made by a visa office.'

Thank you soo very much...for everything...all you good people...especially the company in waiting it out.

One more hurdle crossed, . I pray many, many,many if not all make it.

you can check ECAS status by entering your UCI number,Surname(In CAPS) , DOB and place of birth.

Can someone Predict by when the Cap will get reached for NOC 2174, if u consider they are Updating the Applications Received count after PER email sent out, now that they are working on Latest PER: 14 May and considering 10 Working Days till 14th May it has already reached 404 Apps and another 10 days that is by 28th May Apps it might reach as high as 750 apps and Maximun by 1st Week of June'14 the Cap will get over for 2174 , this is what i can Predict, Any other Predication?

No one can predict when any of the caps will be filled up, no one knows how many applications have been submitted and how it will turn out in months to come, not even CIC. I believe you have already submitted your application, keep an open mind and keep your fingers crossed.

IMO, the spreadsheet is a general indication of the number of people in a particular cap, there are many others who have not used the spreadsheet. Those who come to this forum stands a higher chance of getting a PER because of the many sound advice offered by many seniors here. Higher chance of a more complete application package.

Otherwise, don't worry too much abt the numbers you see.. they are just an indication for you to do some referencing....

Here is a variable for the equation that you have devised - "the number of applications (for any NOC) are not numerically constant for every day of the month". Therefore - yes, the CAP by no means is going to be a breeze, but it will certainly not fill up as quick as we think its going to be, going by the apps in May.

Again - I could be wrong; and there may another wave waiting behind the curtains. But we are predicting here. I cannot say that I made Nostradamus proud, but its my 2 cents.

Hi,

I have been reading for a long time, but did not write till today.
I saw something suspicious in the SS - there are a lot of people from 01.05 till 14.05 that were not charged and I saw that all of their applications were accepted by Mike K.
I am also an applicant whose documents were received by Mr. M.K. , so I have some concerns that something is wrong.

Any opinions would be appreciated.

I am 8th May applicant. Bank has no information of DD encashment. If my application is rejected would I get my IELTS Result and WES report back?
I hav sent a mail to CIC bt not heard from them . Called CIC but they didn't provide UCI . What can I do now? Without IELTS I cant reapply.

Yes you should get both the documents back. If your NOC is cold enough, then you can wait else you can try for a second copy of your IELTS TRF.
