Its not about the work Century, its about the changes they made in experience input format, that is what is bad for experience which is not in whole numbers, so difficult to put in their categories. Hence all this confusion. :'(

Only relevant issue for this updated form is for applicants who got less than 1 year experience in a particular NOC. You don't have such problem. CIC prepare Forms to suit their needs and not for suiting our needs. Still suggest to use new form.

I think i will change this form then, because FEE payment and document checklist too have been changed. So i will do it.
Need one suggestion on this, my exp is like 3yrs 10months, so shall i put it in 4-5? and of another one will be like 1yr 5months, so will put that in 1yr
Does that sound ok?

I would rather 'deflate' instead of 'inflate' numbers, ie use 2-3 for your 3 years 10 months experience. It won't make a difference in how many points you get for your work experience ultimately. It's just a poorly revised design of the form. Make sure you've listed all your jobs in FormIMM5669 Q8. I would rather 'deflate' instead of 'inflate' numbers, ie use 2-3 for your 3 years 10 months experience. It won't make a difference in how many points you get for your work experience ultimately. Its really a poorly designed form, really it should be designed to accumulate realtime cases and not hypothetical ones.
