[size=9pt] Hi, Brother there is a post dedicated to you on 'hand holding' you might want to learn something from there. It will help you eventually. :)

The excel SS has been updated before today by these guys who had fee charge for their May 15th cases. I have a downloaded copy that already shows that done earlier than today. :)

:)

You might be free and having time to download copies but i dont. This is public forum and you stop teaching/preaching others. Dont need to learn anything from you.

am talking about question 2-a your travel
it is mention in the form that list only trips that has been taken our side country of origin or of residenace .

why you are pretty much sure of what you are talking about.
You answered your own question. So, that basically covers all the international trips you have taken in the last 10 years. Account for all the entry/exit stamps in your current and expired/cancelled passports. Unless you have unexplained trips to Iraq, Syria, Iran, Somalia, Yemen, Libya, Afghanistan, South Sudan, North Korea, etc., you should be fine based on your travels.

Apologies to all for being out of action here, keeping up with the replies was too stressful.

Thankfully, I have received the PER email, and updated the spreadsheet. Despite edit URL I had to enter ALL details again.

Online Status is "In Process". What next? This document - http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/resources/manuals/op/op06c-eng.pdf is too confusing.

At this stage, if there is any document discrepancy, will I be asked to provide additional documents, or can that also lead to rejection?

Hello there everyone!
So it has come to discussion many times recently asking how to post images here.
Often times it is hard to describe it. I figure most people learn faster on visualization so for all of your benefits, I screen-capped the steps you can take to post an image on here if ever needed to. Hope you enjoy!
P.S. Sorry I can not do anything to change the size of the images. The site makes it that small. When in doubt just follow the arrows.

First step: Upload your image to a host site for storing photos online. In this example I will be using Photobucket.
Screenshot2011-03-21at100444PM-1.png

Second step: Once you have finished uploading your image. You will select the whole "direct url" shown here by the arrow.
Screenshot2011-03-21at100542PM-1.png

Third step: Once you have the code selected. You will need to right-click and copy the link for the image.
Screenshot2011-03-21at100556PM-1.png

Fourth step: Come back onto the forum and click "reply". Now you need to click the "insert image" icon shown here by the arrow.
Screenshot2011-03-21at82948PM-1.png

Fifth step: Now that you have clicked the "insert image" icon it should pop up an "img code". See example.
Screenshot2011-03-21at100330PM-1.png

Sixth step: Now that the image code has been inserted. You will click to put your cursor between the code, right click, then paste.
Screenshot2011-03-21at100622PM-1.png

Seventh step: And now you should have the "direct url" pasted in between the image code. Once previewed, you can click post. You should now see an image.

I hope this thread helps people and is easy to follow. I don't know if it will be helpful to a lot of people but I figured it wouldn't hurt to show people how to use this feature of the site. Let me know if you like it or it was helpful. Also, try it out in this thread with posting a picture if you like. Good luck posting pictures. :)

#############################################

Finally-----The 3rd,4th,5th,6th,7th steps are not necessary
if in 2nd step, instead of "direct link" click on "IMG" link, then insert it in the body of you message.
Get creative!

#######################################

You deserve +100 for this.
Thanks bro.

Your last year's returned App will have UCI# mentioned in pen (generally in green color) in the first page of the forms. You can use that for checking your App status online.

UCI# remains the same no matter how many times you apply for visa.

Thanks go_canada20 :) ... I thought cap reached returned applications does not have a UCI no., as it is not opened. Now i can ask my consultant about my last years UCI...Thanks a looot brother. :) :)

I must say you guys are doing a great job for tracking any activity from CIC. I have been checking the forum first thing every morning to track applications being processed. You guys made the wait for PER look easy :)

Looking forward to further waiting in this process and for the steps from PER --> PR ;D

Also i got the receipt number for fees transaction in the mail but it didnt say anything when my DD was charged. I asked bank 2 days back also and they still didnt have any encashment news on the DD. Wonder wats going on there. Was just curious to find the DD encash date :D

Keep up the good work guys :)

In Additional family information form IMM 5406 it has a pre printed relationship status so if my spouse is filling this form then he should write his name in spouse column and leave applicant column as blank since he is not accoumpying ? Is this correct or he should also write my name in applicant column? Second question in brother and sister column should I mention the name of my brother and sister in law as we'll ?

On your form:
You are applicant.
Your husband is the spouse.
You fill in details about your family.

On your husband's form:
He is the applicant.
You are the spouse.
He fills in details about his family.

This is required whether he is accompanying you or not.

Buddy,

For the Additional Family info form u and ur spouse both required to fill this form...So it need to be filled for two times....

For the first case ur name will be on the "Applicant name" filed and for the second case ur spouse name will be on that form (u will be on spouse field) ...

So sister-in-laws will not be required in this case...Each of the form will describe his/ur sister's information....:)

To be clear, the sister-in-law's information IS required, it just goes on the spouse's form, not the principal applicant's form.
