Hi Everyone,

Need your assumptions on my query. I have almost prepared my new application under 2281 Noc and I will send it on coming Monday 25th Aug. just want to know about my chances in the capping of 2281 NOC.

Is it too late to apply under 2281 Noc ?????????
So far the updated status on CIC website is 72 applications.
Can anyone have any idea about it?

Few more questions guys : As I am busy in preparing my second application under 2281 Noc with same work experience of my first already submitted application under 2171 Noc (which might be wrong code of my job duties) so now this time I want to add few more job duties to my experience letter and my employer is ready to issue me new one.

My concern is : is it ok to add new job duties in reference letter to apply under 2281 as my same reference letter is already attached with my first application. ( one thing I want to clear here is that this is my current job and I am claiming work experience points from this job)

Second question is : Do I really need to attach a covering letter stating the reason of lodging second application in different NOC with same work experience ? I know it may help to give a clear picture to CIC people but does it give NEGATIVE impact on both of my files?

Hi Itsmerags,

Its always better to submit a reference letter provided by company as per the standards mentioned in Document Checklist form.. if you are not able to do that, better get an affidavit from any supervisor (designation greater than manager) along with his/her business card.. This can be a best approach when you dont have a reference letter from your company and you can submit pay stubs, contract letters, form 16, offer letter along with this also self affidavit stating why cant you provide reference letter from your company. Getting an affidavit by you should be the last option which is more risky..

Its difficult to get Roles and Respobsibilities letter from your company, but they can provide you experience letter (when you joined and where are you working with company details and stamp (optional)) .. This letter can help you fill in few documents which I have mentioned above .. think of it ..

if I have to get Affidavit from Supervisor Senior than my manager then what should be on the affidavit...my duties and responsibilities?

Moreover joining letter confirmation letter with company details I have them already along with pay slips.

Pls paste here the ref letter format...

If I can convince my manager then do I need to take my duties on letter head or simple white paper with his signature along with ID card and Business card ? because my manager is not authorized to do that and he wont do it. Furthermore my HR wont say a single word about JD and Work experience .As im working in one of the largest pvt sector company they don't provide any kind of JD and Work Exp. letters.

As long as you performed the newly added jobs, you can certainly add those.

Covering letter is optional. I think, it is a good idea to do it - because the review officer might get perplex to see you submitting a new code earlier not mentioned. Also it will help the VO to understand the reason of your earlier rejection.

In Client Application Status form, Identification type drop down: Receipt Number (IMM 5401),
Can we enter here Payment Receipt Number mentioned in PER email, to check ECAS status?

I'm ABLE to check ECAS using uci AND file number but not using receipt number (IMM 5401)

No, it means processing will begin at your local VO after file transfer. Assuming everything checks out you are highly likely to get MR.

Do we need to mention CORRESPONDENCE STUDIES details in personal history section of Background Declaration form? As I was already working full time in that time period.

I have already mentioned this correspondence education in my education history in the previous question.

Yes, I do perform all the new duties. Do you think CIC my question why I have added new duties this time ?

My first file under 2171 code reached there on 23rd June, 2014 so no decision made on that file and it will probably take 2 more months to hear regarding that. And it will be too late if I wait for their reply on my first application, that's why I want to send second application without waiting for any response.

Is it fine to send second application with different NOC without waiting for PER/NER reply ?
Plz suggest.....

Hi, I am 14th may applicant...still waiting for DD to be charged...I got a confirmation from my bank that my DD is outstanding to be encashed..

NOC- 0121

Is there any 14th may applicant whose DD has got charged?...have been hearing news for CC charge since last week for 14th may and today heard it for some 15th as well...
