I already replied to your post, but seems u didn't read it by the time i deleted it (thinking u have read)... anyways i go once again

First of all thank for your help...

1. His wife is having different surname in two passports i.e. First passport Before marriage and second passport after marriage.....is it compulsory for her to send affidavit of change in surname --> Marriage certificate is enough, if she acquired her husbands sir name. if you see line item 16 in the checklist, it says Legal documents showing name or date of birth changes (if applicable)....that's i thought of affidavit...

2. My friend have 1st -hand written and 3rd (current -machine readable) passport and he has LOST 2nd passport- hand written......so he is not able to provide travel details of 2nd passport which was used between 2007 to 2010.......pls suggest what document or clarification needs to be sent..... --> He can rely on his memory to provide details and provide disclaimer in cover letter that 1 of his PP is lost and travel between 2007 to 2010 is based on his memory and other evidences. He is not having any copy of that passport except first page, so he will not be able to guess the dates. the next problem he might face is, when he will go for getting oman PCC (with that passport he was working in oman), they will ask him all the stamped pages of entry and exit, then what he will do ?

3. His children has got BIRTH CERTIFICATES from NADRA karachi , but for him and his wife NADRA has issued BIRTH REGISTRATION CERTIFICATE.........is it ok to submit these.....what is the difference between BIRTH CERT AND BIRTH REG CERT --> I recently heard tht B.R.C is now being issued instead of B.C.... I has to confirm it from Union Council .......... btw there is a miss conception that NADRA issues B.C, actually Union COuncil issues B.C (for some odd reason its called B.C by NADRA) .... not sure but this may be causing the issue, so he needs to check with U.C. ... it is issued within 2-3 days if u pay "quick srvice fee" of PKR 3,000-4,000............ In any case, if his & spouse Matric/O-level certificate contains all of the following info it can be used as an alternate (along with B.C.R). If any of the 3 info is missing, then it can not be used.
1. Name
2. DOB
3. Name of either father or mother or both
Yes he is having Secondary certificate with his name,DOB and his father's name......birth registration certificate have mother n father's name

4. He is not having school leaving certificate.....is it ok if it is not submitted.... --> School leaving certificate is not required, ONLY marksheet/passing certificate is required....[color=gree[b]n]he is having all passing marksheets[/color][/b]

hii am a central govt employee from India..i have submitted salary slips, appointment letter, experience certificate, id proof of office, .. my ques is that what is the probability of getting background check regarding experience certificate???
