URGENT .....Seniors....need your help.....i am helping one of my pakistani friend to complete his application. Need reply on below querrie....


1. His wife is having different surname in two passports i.e. First passport Before marriage and second passport after marriage.....is it compulsory for her to send affidavit of change in surname - i had the very same issue,any agent said,write the name mentioned in the passport and do provide notarized copy nikkah nama in english with it

2. My friend have 1st -hand written and 3rd (current -machine readable) passport and he has LOST 2nd passport- hand written......so he is not able to provide travel details of 2nd passport which was used between 2007 to 2010.......pls suggest what document or clarification needs to be sent.....

3. His children has got BIRTH CERTIFICATES from NADRA karachi , but for him and his wife NADRA has issued BIRTH REGISTRATION CERTIFICATE.........is it ok to submit these.....what is the difference between BIRTH CERT AND BIRTH REG CERTIt is actually the same,my agent told me it not an issue since they have to look at notarized copy of the birth certificate translated in english

4. He is not having school leaving certificate.....is it ok if it is not submitted....Not and issue since he is getting WES document along with the application,(if he applying under FSW1 !!)

Further, in Generic Application Form he can mention her old name in Q .2 of personal details for his spouse.

2. My friend have 1st -hand written and 3rd (current -machine readable) passport and he has LOST 2nd passport- hand written......so he is not able to provide travel details of 2nd passport which was used between 2007 to 2010.......pls suggest what document or clarification needs to be sent.....He should provide estimated dates in the travel form.. Normally, they dont ask for expired passports.

3. His children has got BIRTH CERTIFICATES from NADRA karachi , but for him and his wife NADRA has issued BIRTH REGISTRATION CERTIFICATE.........is it ok to submit these.....what is the difference between BIRTH CERT AND BIRTH REG CERT... No Problem there

Dear Users,

I have applied under the category NOC 2132,have an experience of 1 year.Later on i switch job to another firm,as my job responsibilities,i have 2 roles eg .Production Engineer and Mechanical Engineer(working with Asphalt Plant)...I have classified both under one category 2132 in my application. would it effect my application since i feel bother NOC kinda match similar criteria...my Job Title in my present company is Mechanical Engineer.


I was going through previous post present in this forums....now im a bit confused Sad

I'm done with this process! Thank GOD, we did it in a record time. We applied from Ireland, as we are studying here. However, we are Venezuelans running away from our country because of the crisis over there.

I think the key is GOD, Although I called mine different than many of you, I STRONGLY believe that is the same God. So, keep believing and MAKING that happen.
