As i am aware of the system,if your Master's done from an accredit University then it should be fine,mine said equivalent to Canadian Masters ....i had the very same query regarding WES..he looked at it and said...Since u wouldn't have got an admission in the first place if your degree was not...

Master will do just fines,since its accumilated 23 point....if you do bachelors..u get a bit les...but if you have a masters...bachelors in not required ....But if your an engineer,den u mite need your bachelors for professional licensing.....(APEGA,etc...) Regards,
