Did you send your spouse Ilets score?? If yes, what is showing her name on ilets result, her name with her father name OR her name with husband name? and what score she got?

Hi

Does it many difference if she has her name with her father name ? other expert also give their feedback about wife TRF Naming ...

If we are to send our application by end of September , will we be still able to catch a place under the noc 2263 under which 9 applicants only are accepted until now ?

@ fmz

Job Titles / Designations can differ from one company to another. It doesn't matter as long as your reference letters (to be provided by your current and previous employers) mention job duties / responsibilities which are matching duties mentioned under NOC 2132.

Re- post

Dear Users,

I have applied under the category NOC 2132,have an experience of 1 year.Later on i switch job to another firm,as my job responsibilities,i have 2 roles eg .Production Engineer and Mechanical Engineer(working with Asphalt Plant)...I have classified both under one category 2132 in my application. would it effect my application since i feel bother NOC kinda match similar criteria...my Job Title in my present company is Mechanical Engineer.

I was going through previous post present in this forums....now im a bit confused Sad

It should not make any difference..but as we know that CIC is currently facing huge no. of applications. Suppose you spouse has ielts result but on result card her father name is coming not husband.. they have to check that result card with you marraige certificate which will give them trail whats her name before marraige..moreover they also need to check identity no. with identity docs like (National I.d card, PAssport)..if they check it properly so i dont think there would be any reason for not giving spouse points..but it may be possible due to rush they skipping such things and this could be one of the reason that ppl are not getting points for spouse ielts or applicant have made blunders like they have not provided all documents before and after marraige.. which they can check trail of Ielts result irrespective of name & identity no.

[size=10pt][size=10pt]How this is possible, because they are asking for CLB 4 level that is L: 4.5 R: 3.5 W: 4.0 S:4.0

[size=9pt] Hi, Better check with them and if they have one you make a copy of it too!!!

It is always great to be able to refer to the material and see what one did, and plus to know what CIC exactly knows about us :)

On another note since some people ask about keeping pay slips or business cards or tax documents or joining offer letter etc. - the people who are sending minimal acceptance documents have a higher chance of background checks and / or interviews but if one has sent a TON of supporting documents chances are their file will take the 'expressway' route after PER most likely! Just a thought there, no guarantees LOL

Thanks Oscar!!
I have shared tonnes of docs like reference letter, appt letter, offer letter, confirmation letter, appraisal & promotion letters along with pay stubs n ITR...so fingers crossed...

My only worry is spouse birth certificate which is in Hindi along with a affidavit but no translation... have included his 10th certificate also...
i hope i get a gud case officer...

Get the earliest possible date in India or Nearby(if you have relatives or friends there) country where Visa can be granted on arrival.
Give her time to do some listening test(2 each day and max 10 days), you can find plenty of online resources, you may bug me om PM..

Pray to good.. Wait for result..

Forumittes best wishes also with you.. hopefully you will make it :)

Sarbat da bhallla!!!
