1. To give +1 click [good] just below the forumite name/flag, which u found helpful ....... Note that there is no intelligent parser working behind the scene to decode +1 written in ur text and allocate it to the original poster. U can give +1 once in a week. If u see a Karma msg, means u have already given +1 during last 7 days ......... no need to ask it on the forum

2. For writing a msg with double quotes, you have to OPEN each msg u want to QUOTE by right clicking and selecting "Open in new window", then paste them in one msg. Note that by simply copying a MSG from main forum page will NOT make it appear with DOUBLE quotes.

But if you haven't sent your app yet, pls make an affidavit with full details. Since you have time why to take chance for few bucks.

Please advise me I am 8th May applicant neither DD is encashed nor any mail from CIC /packet not returned .Now if I apply again I do not have my IELTS result in my hand So what can I Do now??

looking for the reply of same question. My file reached on 1st July. and above all DD is valid only for 3 months. how to get re validated the DD.

Also I know someone whose DD got en cashed in 2.5 months and they received mail in 3.5 months from the date of sending file.

just got a hint from my lawyer that cio has received about 14000 applications by now....received...not processed yet.....huge load on cio tads y they are taking tad much time!

Seniors, please update should i send another application under same NOC with new report of IELTS or is there any alternative
because as it is mentioned here do not send duplicates of your application or documentation.

Please don't trust your lawyers blindly, it is not necessary that if they have a degree so they will be right at all times. All the information is based on assumptions.

I was working abroad during last 4 years now i come back to my country of citizenship. My question is should i have to attach the supporting documents for country in which i m residing during last 5 years i.e. copy of visa, copy exit and entry stamps on the passport.

Just wanted to confirm that i have experience in NOC 0121 from Jan-2007 to Dec-2012.
But after that i am into the another field for which NOC code is different.....

So still i will able to get points for NOC 0121

You rock go ahead with 0121 you get all points for this but also check all point criteria on cic website good luck
