Its really sad to know that your Application is returned. And its even disheartening to know that your Consultant did such a $hity job, s/he should have reviewed your Ref Letter (duties) to match NOC desc of 1112 before sending your Application. 8)

Could you pls provide the content/copy of your work reference letter which you'd sent (for 1112) ?

1212 is relatively cool.. so hopefully you will meet the cap

Hi Forumites, got a mail from my consultant yesterday that my application was returned as the visa officer was not satisfied with my supporting documents for my NOC 1112.

When I read the CIO letter, it stated "... I am not satisfied there is sufficient evidence that you performed the actions described in the lead statement for the occupation or that you performed a substantial number of the main duties of the occupation as described of the NOC 1112..."

My question is do they need other evidence apart from work reference letter?

I intend to submit another application under 1212 as soon as possible.

Any idea guys?

From which institute have you done your PGDM ??
There are some reputed/ well known institutes (including and not just limited to IIM's) in the list, whose PGDM is recognized as Master's by WES 8)

i think its 23 for masters in management or PGDM or any masters for that matter. pls refer to that link posted by cgj1987

Can I submit 2 ielts certificates?
For example
My 1st result was L 7.5 R 8.0 S 6.5 W 5.5
2nd is L 7.0 R 6.0 S 7.0 W 6.5

then they compile the better result from them
For example
R 8.0 L 7.5 S 7.0 W 6.5 ????

I have one doubt. There is one section in "Generic Application form"..

Have you ever used any other name (Eg: Nickname, maiden name, alias, etc.)

I have my husband's name as my last name in my passport. In my birth certificate, it is simply "Annie". There is no last name in my birth certificate. So what should I write here.

Please help.

I had been staying in UK two years before, however I had got the PCC at that time. I am staying in India since 2 years. Now I have heard that since I don't stay in UK then last PCC would work.. Is that true? or else I will need to request it from the UK.

1. I have Made DOB proof as an affidavit, do i need to send the original or Photocopy.

2. I have reference letter from my manager as as affidavit since current company don't provide work experience. Do i need to send the original or Photocopy.

3. What will be the size of the 2 envelop which we need to send along with our address.

4. Can we staple the all form or just pin them?

5. Asset and Liability field in Economic form left blank as i don't have. I have put only the settle fund for 2 which is approx. 26K CAD. Is it Fine?

c) Schedule 1: Background/Declaration – Principal Applicant
