Does anyone know what the mode of communication does New Delhi visa office use for asking for police clearance and medicals? Email or regular letter in mailbox?

Congrats & good luck

Hi.I am from India working as an assistant professor.I am ready with IELTS and ECA.It will take an other 10 days to gather all my other docs.any idea as to when will the cap for lecturers be closed. Please suggest ASAP.Waiting for replies

Hi dude,
Apply asap, jst luk at spread sheet, around 58 people in NOC 4011 posted there, i believe that its only 20% of the world, that means till date there would be 250-270 applications in NoC 4011. So u wl easily fit in 1000 cap...go ahead and apply ASAp...gudluck though..

Hey guys,

I'm really new on here. I recently applied for the FSW14 and my app was received on the 7th of August, but DHL didn't specify a receiver. I noticed on the SS most people had their documents received by a certain "Mike". I applied from Nigeria, if that makes an difference. And I forgot to write my name at the back of my passport photos. Though I used a paper clip to fix the photos to my other documents. Do you think my application will be returned on this basis alone?

I'm kinda freaking out at the moment...haha

Hmmm....
Did u made any other mistake in filling forms too??...i dont think so,they will reject u upon this silly mistake...dont worry...now its in god's hand...pray....am sure next year u wl celebrate DIPAWALI in canada....gudluck...

Dear All,

I'm going to provide a photocopy only for my birth certificate, Marriage certificate and experience letter is that ok. do i need to get the photocopy stamped as original or photocopy is enough

Hi,
I think u should get them notary attested...there is no harm in it, jst be on safe side. if its possible then attach ur original experience certificate, but can u get it if ur visa officer ask again??...that depends upon ur employer. i applied through lawyer, n i did what i wrote...gudluck

Submitting simple photocopies (without notarization) is perfectly alright for these documents.

Hi guys,

I got my PER at August 11th :) . I did not submit my up to date PCC. Can anybody tell me when CIC may ask for up to date PCC? Is that before medical or after medical? Thanks !

[size=9pt] Thanks, dear! I am sure brother Dymitry will take note of your suggestion once he is done dealing with the Russian mafia bosses ;) I think he runs staffing and attrition models for them LOL (kidding). :P In the meantime let's see if more people have a preference for that view versus this one. :)
Doesn't he also manage a cars counting algorithm for the Triad? ...lol :P

And also calculating the fastest path for Santa Claus, so that he brings all the gifts in time. Right :)

It used be sorted status wise, then by NOC type and then by the date received. It was very convenient that way.

I am grateful that we have this spreadsheet and kudos to all the admins and active forum members.

Thanks all

Hi FutureImmi,
before making this change, we've discussed it on the forum, and the majority seemed to prefer the new sorting order. This way you can easily see the news, at the top of each colored section - it's really convenient because news are what many people are looking for.

I'm not sure what's the exact reason you want the old sorting order - sorting by NOC did not seem to give much benefit, because the same NOC was scattered across all the colored sections. If you can describe in more details what did you use the old sorting order for, and why sorting by NOC was better for you, maybe I'll have some ideas how to improve your experience. But in general, when current number of spreadsheet viewers is less than 50, you still can access the old sorting order through the menu: Data -> "Filter Views" -> "Sort by Application Status, NOC and Received date and time".

You are fine. This is exactly what I did for one job where I was unable to get the job duties on letterhead, but HR was willing to confirm basic details like salary. I went to a supervisor and get the job duties and other details on plain paper. Well done.

Thx for your reply. So I still need to include a cover letter to explain all about this, right?
