your IELTS Speaking score is very less minimum score is 6.5, if you send it will get Rejected and also did you calculated your points ?

can you please clarify guys: if I submit my application by the end of November and there wasn't officially announced limit in my NOC - would I qualify? Or if there will be a big number of applications before mine I won't pass?

Dear - Go thru the CIC status for recived applications; it will give u some idea about the demand in ur NOC. Since CAP is reasonably good this year; not all of them are going to reach the limit until end of year. Try expedite ur submission; time is money.

HOW YOU CAME TO KNOW ABOUT APPLICATION RECEIVED DATE ;IS THAT FROM COURIER ? I HAVE SENT MY APPLICATION ON 28 TH JUNE AND WAS RECEIVED BY CIC ON 4 TH JULY AS PER COURIER PRROF OF DELIVERY .WHEN SHLD I EXPECT THE FIRST MAIL FROM CIC .

Where do you find it??? the only thing available is cap status and that is based on PER not receipt of file?

Thnx vry much all d members for each time giving me true information...m 15th May applicant (from INDIA) and hope to get PER mail soon and DD charged...this time MY question is: what should be next steps after getting PER? Local VO (NEW DELHI) will do communicate with me? if they ask for submitting my passport for PR/Visa stamping in future, how much time does it take normally to get back my passport with that stamp? Will they ask me for PCC & MEDICALS togather? shud i be ready with my PCC?

Dear - Keep checking ur email if its ur prefered mode of communication. All u have is to respond TO CIC; for whatever requirement they ask you to provide. Be very patient and calm; its a lengthy process and will take its time. Regards
