Dear Experts,

Generous opinion regarding the following situation will be appriceted.

I am principle applicant and live in Korea but rest of my family members are in Bangladesh. The address in Medical Report Form I have received today from CIC (donotreply @ cic.gc.ca) for all is Korean address. I mailed VO Manila yesterday for allowing us to complete our medical examination from Bangladesh (for my family members) and Korea (for me). No reply from VO. What should I do? Shall I ask my family members to come Korea?

your IELTS Speaking score is very less minimum score is 6.5, if you send it will get Rejected and also did you calculated your points ?

That's not a tall true, Minimum is 6 not 6.5

there is lot of ambiguity around this I see there are pages of debate around masters and corresponding points for it. but PDF on CIC categorically states its 23 points for masters and there is a note for other professional degree.

I just got my IELTS score and I get 21 points from it.

Work experience 11

Over all 67

so my application depends on my masters degree and a point less would make my app meaningless so pls refrain from posting stuff which in contradicting the CIC

do share your WES result, then you and other future applicants will have a better idea which stuff is contradicting and which is in line... it seems you're just wanting to believe and agree with views that it'll fetch you 23 points, if you're so confident and already convinced then why even ask again!! also from where were you initially thinking it might fetch you 22 points if not 23!?

have you already applied for WES? have you, will you, be sending any other education credential as well or only masters for evaluation.... asking as previously suggested by me that if you send 2 then it might fetch you 22 else chances are all most certain for 21.. seniors may confirm

can you please clarify guys: if I submit my application by the end of November and there wasn't officially announced limit in my NOC - would I qualify? Or if there will be a big number of applications before mine I won't pass?

My concern is on settlement fund since I have submitted bank certification letter only without detailed bank statement along with my application. Now,I think that keeping huge amount throughout the process on normal saving account without any benefit mean freezing money completely. B coz. of this I want to transfer those amount on fixed deposit scheme for one year and I will get at least some interest. Will it be possible to forward fixed deposit as POF later on if I am asked by VO?

Hi Forumites, got a mail from my consultant yesterday that my application was returned as the visa officer was not satisfied with my supporting documents for my NOC 1112.

When I read the CIO letter, it stated "... I am not satisfied there is sufficient evidence that you performed the actions described in the lead statement for the occupation or that you performed a substantial number of the main duties of the occupation as described of the NOC 1112..."

My question is do they need other evidence apart from work reference letter?

I intend to submit another application under 1212 as soon as possible.

Any idea guys?

Refernce letter describing Roles n resposiblites matching 70-80% of primary noc code

Appointment letter(supporting documents)

Pay stubs(supporting documents)


Exprnc letter mentioning working hours per day, full time paid work, no of working days in a week,designation, salary.
Letters should be on company letter head and must have company address,contact no, email, fax no if any, website if any.
If you are unable to provide letter on companys letter head Get it on plain paper duly signed by yiur supervisior and do include visiting card of your supervisior

as per the data shown on website of dtdc, my file has reached on 16th June. I know the PER number will take at least 1 month. But if in case their is an issue with my documents than when will i be contacted.

Yes Mo issue. fixed deposit is better than saving account.
