Hi All,

1. Got my PER before while I will change to a new employer. So according to the PER letter, I have to inform the visa office, would like to know whether I should send email (and to which mail address) or I should actually visit the local visa office directly for the notification ?

Thanks for the help !! ;)

Inform your local visa office after they contact you. You are fine.

sir

I have applied under noc 1113 stock broker

in the reference letter my company has given they have mentioned the date since i am working as authorised person with them and agree to abide by the rules and regulation of SEBI as well as company. there is no salary as brokers work on commissions

secondly Certificate from regulatory is in itself is govt document and also anybody can check my registration certificate on NSE website.

isn't it enough sir.

please advise

I've already answered this question. When you ask a question, read the forum to see if anyone replies rather than posting the same question over and over.

Search my recent posts to see the answer.

Short answer: no, it's not enough.

Few questions on the forms brothers

Generic form

1. I have completed and validated the form. However, there are sections which have been greyed out. Do I still have to write N/A after printing? No, greyed out means you don't have to fill them in at all.

Schedule A Background/Declaration

2. Q2. Your full name written in your native language or script

My native language (Swahili) has the same alphabets as English. Therefore name is written the same way as English. Should I write N/A or My full name using the English alphabets? If it's exactly the same just leave it. To be super-safe, you can add an annexure explaining that your English and Swahili names are the same.

3. Some sections such as Government positions, Military services are not applicable to me. I know I will write "NONE" should I write this in each box or is the first raw enough? first box enough

Anybody to share with me a sample cover letter? I will not copy/paste but just to get an idea.

I know these may be stupid questions but I just want to make sure everything is right

answers above in red, good luck

Hello everyone.

Another query. I am sure it would have been answered somewhere in the threads but I am unable to locate any such comment so far:

I am the primary applicant for immigration. What documents my husband has to be provide along with mine for the application?

Please review the document checklist carefully. In part, it depends on your situation. At a minimum you need your marriage certificate, his birth certificate, his additional family information and background information forms, his passport. If you are claiming adaptability points for him you must supply the appropriate documents to demonstrate the adaptability points. If he is liiving outside his country of citizenship he should also provide proof of admission to the country where he currently resides. Other documents may be necessary depending on your circumstances. You'll also need his PCCs later if not included now. Read the checklist carefully!

Senior, pls advise..

On Schedule 3 form,

At settlement fund field, do I have to put the same amount as stated on my bank certificate? Or I can just state partial amount of that stated on my bank certificate, if the partial amount is more than the minimum fund requirement?

hey guys...i posted this before but didn't get any replies :(
would appreciate if anyone can answer the below questions.

I worked in a single company for 7 yrs(5 yrs in US). I held two designations in this period. I have the following questions:
- I am planning to get references from two supervisors during this period..is this ok or should I get only from one person because it is only one company ?
- the first reference is for the first 3 years(NOC 2173).
- the second reference is for the remaining 4 years(NOC 2171). I'll be applying under 2171 category.
- Should I be mentioning both the my Indian salary and the US salary along with my duration of stay in each country ?
- the company doesn't give the reference letters on letterhead. But the two supervisors who are currently working in the same company will be signing it for me. They don't have any business cards, but I can get copies of their ID cards and attach it. Is that ok ?
- I have pay slips(both Indian and US) and initial offer letter and final relieving letter from company. Should I attach copies of these documents ?
