None. Cousins don't meet the requirements for relatives in Canada and you won't obtain any adaptability points for them.

Thanks.. My school LC is in local language & they denied to translate or issue english version. what option i have for this ?

Get it translated from anyone else. You would then need to submit to CIC..

1. Photocopy of original certificate (attested/notarized optional)
2. English translation (Notarized)
3. Affidavit from the Translator (Notarized) (See sample http://www.toronto-notary-public.com/sample_trans_aff.htm)

yes it contains all info..not sure why it is not acceptable as suggested by nskatcv.

I know, it's weird. Passports generally contain all basic information like Name, DoB and Parent's Name. But from what I have learnt in this forum, CIC doesn't accept it as proof of birth.

What document did you provide to your passport office in order for them to put your DoB on the passport ? You might use that here.
