I have received email from CIC that my file has been transferred to New Delhi for further deceision. The said email was reply for my enquiry. 44 days taken to get reply for my enquiry.

PER date was 9/7/14.

it was dd.as per their email.they wont return money and all original documents ??

i think so.emails shows that they will keep my docs in records and money also.i didnt check that dd is clear or not.

I have a query regarding birth certificate. I do not have my birth certificate.can I submit some other documentary proof like place of birth and date of birth are mentioned on the passport and I have my higher secondary certificate with dob.

Yes you can, but cerificate should have either of your parents name.Please attach cover letter explaining same.

Yes, If they charged the payment fess, they will not returned it.
I met with one person, he sent his application last year and got payment charged and got a refusal letter later with UCI # and File no # with same problem of NO Job duties found on reference letter.
I am sure Amrit also got UCI # and File No# in the email, and email will have a Box with description of points as per paper given...like age, experience, study, etc.

@ Amrit - Did you get same email with detailed discription and UCI # and File # in it. ?

seniors i have a question:when i chk my application status using UCI number it says in process.on clicking on that it just says that we received your application on 8th may.
it does not say anything about the file being processed. ???
is there any other 8th may applicant with the same issue.(i had UCI number from 2013 application returned due to cap)

You must show that you have enough money to support yourself and your family after you get to Canada. You cannot borrow this money from another person. You must be able to use this money to pay the costs of living for your family (even if they are not coming with you).

Does this mean you can borrow this money from a company/Bank/Financial institution, but you cannot borrow from a person?
