Yes, If they charged the payment fess, they will not returned it.
I met with one person, he sent his application last year and got payment charged and got a refusal letter later with UCI # and File no # with same problem of NO Job duties found on reference letter.
I am sure Amrit also got UCI # and File No# in the email, and email will have a Box with description of points as per paper given...like age, experience, study, etc.

@ Amrit - Did you get same email with detailed discription and UCI # and File # in it. ?

But there is also a case in the SS whose fee charged but Ecas disappeared and file returned.

i think so.emails shows that they will keep my docs in records and money also.i didnt check that dd is clear or not.

Please check the DD status from your bank, i am sure they cleared and cashed it otherwise it will be invalid after certain time period and then it will be of no use for them.

Dear Friends,
My name in all acedemic documents differed from name on Passport.(i.e spelling mistake)Submitted Affadivit by enlisting all documents with discrepency and WES report too as it is based on acedemics docs.
BC was not having detail of my name, provided Affadivit for same by myself.
Only Reference letter attached , no paystubs etc. etc.
Mentioned All NOC that i have worked till now, even thou not on present 50 eligible NOC's.

My PER was received on 7th August and Visa office is NDVO. Any idea how long Nova scotia office is taking to transfer the file to NDVO?
Also, NDVO contacts via email or Snail mail?

hello all,
me a new joniee of this group...pls help me to answer my querie... i filled under noc 2173... me currently working with CMM Level 5 IT comapny... it has branch in toronto aswell .... in work experience i have send my joining letter conformation letter,promotion letter with stackup ofsalary aswell as my pay stubs... will it be sufficient as i didnt got a job duties from company as they say they will not give its out of there formant and this company is listed in top 10 IT companies everyone knows about our profiles of jobs and all ...aswell they have branch in canada from last 17yrs embassy knows all are details aswell they are taxpayer in canada...and all... they said if they inquire we will definitely revert nicely...in my letters its clearly mentioned sr.software engg. from so and so date ...will dat be fine... as my entire family including parents are citizens in canada i have attached all necessary proofs of them aswell ...pls help

If you didn't provide any evidence of your job duties your file will be rejected. Hopefully at least one of the documents you did provide lists the job duties and they match with 2173. It doesn't matter what someone "should" know about a company even if it is as famous as Apple. The applicant must demonstrate his job duties, period.

Fortunately, even if you are unsuccessful with this application you should be able to get a family sponsorship from your parents.

I am 08 th may applicant , DD cashed on 03 july 2014 as per PER Mail , however date stated by my bank was 9th July
