i am not sure about that case, but i am assuming everything on the case of that person whom i met and whose payment charged and got refusal letter via email. Not received any Documents or packet back.

Seriously that is the strangest request I have read yet on this forum...there are multiple forms not all may apply to you. ...read the instructions and fill them out as best you can and if you have any specific questions you can always ask here....I'm sure everybody here will be willing to help if they can

Amitraj, so your application was refused becuz you were falling short by a point. Am I correct?

ya buddy i already received email yesterday for rejection..they count my language point 20.so not make it by 1 point.

that 1 point less is debatble and critical ( i assume it must be 21 points).this matter already discuss in this forum yesterday.most of them aid that i should get 21 points for language test.

PER means you are going to get your visa 99%!

I don't know if it's 99% but the chances are very strong. I'd say it's 99% if the PCCs and medicals present no issue.

guys i already start preparing my new application now.tommorrow i will apply for copy of ielts test.

rest docuements i will have to re-arrange..

please tell me is there any change in forms after may-2014(may ii have to use my CID no in my new application)

Kindly suggest which is valid for Immigration.

Now it is time to change your life. you have to be stronger than before you are. You have to take decision and re-apply for your NOC. Still you have lot of choices, because your NOC is filled with less people.

In the email, they mentioned as they wont return your documents, they will maintain as permanent record.
My suggestion is
1. Prepare for your new reference letter, salary certificate and payslip till now - evidence for your experience is 6+.
2. Send the documents with cover letter saying about your rejection and now you provided sufficient evidence and mention ur UCI and all
3. Before sending documents if it possible, u try to call/email them ask them "whether u need to send all documents (like new applicant) or above documents are enough to process your file.
4. I hope DD also necessary....

Dear Friends,
My name in all acedemic documents differed from name on Passport.(i.e spelling mistake)Submitted Affadivit by enlisting all documents with discrepency and WES report too as it is based on acedemics docs.
BC was not having detail of my name, provided Affadivit for same by myself.
Only Reference letter attached , no paystubs etc. etc.
Mentioned All NOC that i have worked till now, even thou not on present 50 eligible NOC's.

I think its clearly mentioned on the site. first 2 stages (completeness and eligibility) fees is returned after that Fees is not returned.

There were several changes out of which Document Checklist which is most recent. Please do check again and again and don't risk anything !!
