As your employer mentioned only current job reference hence I have a doubt that CIC will consider previous job experience.

Start date :07-04-2010
End date :17-03-2012

Company B :


Start date :02-04-2012
End date :31-03-2014

How many years would be considered and how many points will I be awarded for the above mentioned timelines of experiences.

Dear all, I am told my PER arrived yesterday at my Canadian representative's e-mail; just learned today from my India immigration office. Good luck to all those who are waiting for fee charge, PER or whatever next stage they are at. Cheers!

Thanks all for good wishes and your prayers. We will continue to keep each other in our thoughts and prayers!! I am out for 6 hours and will update SS upon return!

PS - I am yet to see the email LOL but just got a confirmation call from the India office of my representatives.

Guys, my present employer is very stubborn to mention the roles and responsibilities on the reference letter. I was just given a service certificate that I am working in their company from so n so date.

If this reference letter is not considered, my total experience would come to 3 years and 11 months.

Kindly let me know how many points will I get if I consider only 3 years 11 months ?

Hi All,
I have a query regarding PCC.
I am 12th May applicant and am yet to receive my PER. I did not send the PCC with the original application as I did not have it at that time. However, now I have the required documents. Should I send it to CIC now, or should I wait for the local VO to ask for those document?

No need ...when visa office request you to send PCC...wait for the visa office to request you to send

0013

0013 is your nominated occupation, then. CIC will check to see if the reference letter that you provide strongly matches the duties typically performed by a NOC 0013 as described by the HRSDC. If, as you claim, the reference letter provided by your employer matches 80 percent of the duties performed by a NOC 0013, you should be fine with respect to that part of your application.

hi guys,

somewhat posted about how many years of experience he/she can claim for the employment he/she has. I have the same query as I am not sure if it will be totaled (including months beyond 1 year) to my total work experience or just the minimum of 1 year (excludes the experience less than a year).

2009/07 - 2011/01 (1 YR 5 MO) - (NOC 2171)
2010/12 - 2012/07 (1 YR 6 MO) - (NOC 2171)
2012/07 - 2014/05 (1 YR 10 MO) - (NOC 2171)

Should i get 3 years or 4-5 years experience?
