I got a negative evaluation . They rejected citing missing masters degree evidence from WES. I did not have the masters degree evidence from WES at the time of application. Do you know if I can petition ? I do have the masters degree evidence from WES now. They also stated that they would not refund my fees.

hey saurabh didnt u supply eca for bachelors either...instruction guide says it is fine to gave eca for masters level or lower...

Can we trust on the number showed on the official CIC page? cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/complete-applications.asp?

When someone fills education details in the form, especially highest education attained. Then, CIC assumes this is the credential that you are claiming points for, and they look for ECA of the same. If they can't find it in the package, what do you think they shall do ?

I think your assumption is that CIC should consider ECA (instead of form information) as the basis of points. But ECA is just an evidence.

hello nskatcv...i went through the instruction guide n studied various cases..one who have completed masters can send eca for masters level or lower...so it should be fine...may b saurabk1 did not send any eca n got rejected due to missing eca..

Reasons for file returned/rejected: FSW2014 from SS

1)Missing Master evaluation from WES. CIO inform NO REFUND.
2)Supplementary travel form not provided.
3)Missing documents. Probably BC related.
4)Fee form not signed/ Original BC copy not sent, only notarized translation sent
5)mention 2 intended NOC. "Schedule 3 form section 12.A after that box i put another NoC as '/2174' by pen."
6)Duties mismatched with NOC. File returned after charging. ECAS disappeared from in process.
7)Language test results expired 17 days after the application has been received
8)the duties I listed don't match those for NOC2133 Electrical Engineer.
9)file was returned back due to invalid credit card number. CIC asked to copy of rejection letter if re-applied.
10)Not enough work experience evidence and forgot form 5406 for spouse
11)Application was rejected for short of a supporting documents
12)App returned due to missing a copy of the completed foreign educational credential yo accompany the ECA.
13)Did not provide sufficient evidence on Job description Letter.
14)application was returned back due to my credit card didn't charged. As per cic they tried 3 times
15)CIC don't accept SSC mark sheet as proof of Birth certificate as mine does not have parent' name on it.
16)App returned due to missing degree copy along with ECA report
17)Forgot to send IELTS result.

loosing hope. no news from cio. dd not cashed. 12 may 0903 applicant. wondering how will i know if my package is being returned.

I got all my reference letters on company letter head and i got business cards of all my managers

shall i staple with reference letters or there is no need business cards
