As per SS:

In Month of May total applications received in FORM = 950
In Month of June total applications received in FORM = 431
In Month of July total applications received in FORM = 274

So, CIO will take maximum time to payment charge and allotting PER to May applicants and once they finish May then we can assume that process will be fast for June and July applicants.

So, if applications of July are half then of June and June are half of May, so may be processing time should also be half.

My application reached CIO on 30th July 2014. Wanted to check how many of you have put the bar code page (generated after validationg the generic form) on top of the package as has been mentioned in the CIC website

I just realized that I have not put the bar code page on top of the package instead i have attached it to the generic form. :'(

Will that make a difference?

Hope that is not a ground for rejection.

The SBI PF a/c has a lock in period of 15 years and funds are not in liquid form and not readily available.These cannot shown as settlement funds.it is better to use savings or FD accounts and tale a balance certificate from bank.

It should not be put on top of the package. It should be put on top of the generic form, right after the document checklist, and right before page 1 of the generic form.

However, how papers are ordered and what size the envelop is are not a ground for application rejection as far as I know. While CIC is meticulous about many other things, those are not among them.

I've got ECA Report only for my Diploma (two years) which I gained on public University. WES didn't recognize my four years diploma from private University. Should I writte in Beckground Declaration that I have four-years diploma?

Hello forum,
I have a situation at hand. Firstly about the Proof Of Funds requirements.if one doesn't have d stipulated amount will ur application be rejected?
2ndly, can one use property evaluation as a partial prove of assest(regarding an addition to an incomplete Funds requirement.)

The property valuation cannot be used as settlement fund.It can be part of assets.The application will be rejected in case you donot show settlement fund as required.

guys..this is for a friend of mine who is being misguided by an agent. He got following IELTS score :- S-6.5 R-6 W-6 L-7.5, so, i just need a confirmation about the points he will get i.e. 18.
Another thing he is worried about is, He has got his name on all his docs as 'Lovekesh', whereas, name on his passport is 'Lovekesh Sharma'...How serious is this one?

Hi all...Just need advise from u all....I am still waiting to apply in FSW 2014 in University professors and lecturers (4011) category,,,My WES credential will arrive next week mostly,,,,Is it too late to apply now or I just go ahead....,,Since I am not working in my own country so I have just one payslip from my previous employers, though I have taken duty responsibility letter from all previous employers, will it be enough to proceed further, ...and I have applied in Nova scotia programme2014 under RMLD stream also but no response from there should I mention this in my application now,,,,,please guide me.
