To add to it, his status was medicals submitted so seems decision has come quite late.

But do I send the original translated copy as well? or do i just send the photocopy of the translated copy which has been affidavited by the translator and notarized as true to copy?

I got a negative evaluation . They rejected citing missing masters degree evidence from WES. I did not have the masters degree evidence from WES at the time of application. Do you know if I can petition ? I do have the masters degree evidence from WES now. They also stated that they would not refund my fees.

Hi SAURABK1,

Your post was a little vague and hence no one was able to answer clearly. Could you please clarify below:

1) Was your application rejected at Visa Office or CIO?
2) Were you claiming points for MBA ? Had you attached the degree ?
3) Are us saying you had not included the ECA report at all or you had attached one for the Bachelor's but not for the MBA?

Photocopy of translation will suffice

such cases are usually caught in the first round itself during completeness check. taking it any further in the process is unwarranted. are you matching the name correctly with the id?

I was referring to the old version spreadsheet of 23rd July 2014, which showed his status as medicals request received and not the current version. You missed the context completely.

Dear Admins,

Thank you for your valuable efforts!

I have noticed that the entries under each stage are not 100% descendingly listed according to Application Received Date, there is some mixing between dates.

On the same note I suggest the following: after listing the applications at each stage descendingly as per the received date, I suggest to add another filter rule which is to list the applications for the same date according to NOC. By doing this, the applicant will easily know which of the same NOC is sharing him the same stage.

Thank you and best regards

So just photocopy for both original and translated document then. And here I thought I need to send out the original translated copy. Thanks.

So, it looks like by the end of next week CIO will manage the applications submitted before 2014-5-15, and hopefuly we might see a slight increase in CC/DD charges.

Dear, did you make sure that you made certified copies of the original documents?

Wow... Then why don't you send IELTS certified TRF?????

Please read here carefully: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/applications/guides/eg7toc.asp#results
If a certificate is not in English or French, submit both the certificate and the original copy of a translation prepared by an accredited translator.

And now tell me what is meant by original copy!!

And thanks for the -1..... i know the reason... hurt ego :) :) it is right?

Dear,
TRF and ECA is a different story. I have applied for several TRV in Canada using this approach.

No -1 on my part, so you got the wrong person. Can give you +1, however, if you care about forum karma =)

I think, if you can claim yourself as Doctor of/professional as Dental, you will get 23 else 21.
