hi
I am preparing the documents to apply under FSWP in NOC 4011 University professors and lecturers end September. After completing my bachelor of technology (B tech) in 2005 immediately I joined engineering college as an Assistant lecturer full time, the college is affiliated to JAWAHRLAL NHERU TECHNOLOGICAL UNIVERSITY AND after 2007 I was head of the department till 2011 in the same college. And from 2011 from now I am not doing anything as I am on maternity and have to look after my two sons

I have some questions below please I would be thankful if anyone can help me out.

1. Will I be eligible to apply in FSWP NOC 4011? With my experience from 2005 to 2011
2. What point will I get to show my experience from 2005 to 2011
3. What do I need to show after 2011 as I don't have any job,
4. Is present job is mandatory? To show
5. As my job was in engineering college but it was directly affiliated to university will that acceptable?

regards

can u please explain in detail why iam not eligible in noc 4001

A question about Form IMM 5406 Additional family information
I understand both my spouse and me have to complete the form.
So will I be the APPLICANT in both sets of forms
or I will be the APPLICANT in one set and my spouse will be the APPLICANT in other set.
It is quite confusing.

Iam a bit worried now... iam a May 7th applicant applied under 2174, my ECAS status shows: Received you PR application on May 7th. but till now havent received the PER mail. whereas i see most of the post May 7th guys have started getting PER mails...

Is this something to worry about ??? or do i need to wait for some more time.

Any one else who is the same situation ???? :( :( :(

Bro,

It is only applicant, not primary applicant. So whoever is filling, that person is the applicant. Be it you or your spouse.

Cheers
Arun

Hmm as per the spreadsheet there were at least 7 PER yesterday .. considering the fact that we have 7 documented .. I am sure there were several others issued to people not in the sheet.

CIC is indeed hard at work on PERs .. I am guessing anywhere between 10-15 a day. At the same time I am seeing a decline in new apps being charged. So some sort of balancing act being done here.

I am pretty sure both PER and charging will speed up much more after 13th May apps are all taken care of as the volume of apps declines after that.

Visa offices (like SVO and NDVO) better get their act together otherwise a huge backlog will build up there..

No dear, it is not.
Person who fills the form is prime applicant. For your form, you are the applicant. And for your spouse's form, your spouse is applicant.

Hey nothing to worry about.

Equating 31/113 apps to say most have received PER is wrong !!

CIC does everything in an order. FIFO .. So people charged first get PER first.

New Delhi is more or less hibernating ... some one needs to tell them that winter is over and they can wake up !!

Ok got it. Have you received PER ?. since i see you also belong to May 7th list.

Around 100 7th May applicants of this forum are waiting for PER. You are just one of them. Wait. Hopefully by next two week, you will hear good news. Till then chill.
