Hi friends,, i am trying to help a friend, who is not a froum member yet and still preparing documents. This question is specially for people from India.

He has done Bachelor of Arts(B.A) 3years degree, from Punjab University. On WES what will be institution type, higher secondory or technical board???
He is not 1st division...how will he be evcaluated equivalent to?

Institution will be Higher education/ university.

I have a question.

This is regarding the 'Charge Date Estimates' in the Global Spreadsheet.

Does the 'Estimated First Charge Date' take into account the variable which is the number of applications received on a particular date ?

Or is the field calculation based upon the number of applications processed as on date and takes that into account for calculating the future CC/DD charges ?

i too read about charge dates in spread sheet
my file was received on 12th june.
u might be aware of the fact that in india DD is issued has validity of only 3 months as per RBI rule.
now on spread sheet, 12th june applicant,s DD would be cashed on or after 11th oct.
if it is ture, then my file would be rejected!!.....not only mine but i think if it is true then every file from india....
kindly share ur views.....

I am preparing the documents to apply under FSWP in NOC 4011 University professors and lecturers end September. After completing my bachelor of technology (B tech) in 2005 immediately I joined engineering college as an Assistant lecturer full time, the college is affiliated to JAWAHRLAL NHERU TECHNOLOGICAL UNIVERSITY AND after 2007 I was head of the department till 2011 in the same college. And from 2011 from now I am not doing anything as I am on maternity and have to look after my two sons
I have some questions below please I would be thankful if anyone can help me out.
1. Will I be eligible to apply in FSWP NOC 4011? With my experience from 2005 to 2011
2. What point will I get to show my experience from 2005 to 2011
3. What do I need to show after 2011 as I don't have any job,
4. Is present job is mandatory? To show
5. As my job was in engineering college but it was directly affiliated to university will that acceptable?
6. will my experience i accountable after my bachelor,i did my master in 2011

First of all, I am surprised to know that all the people in my country are so intelligent that they can understand and inter-prate the RBI regulations. Secondly, if we know that as per RBI rules DD is valid for only 3 months, then why the hell we send a 3 month DD with application to CIO as CIC has clearly mentioned that DD should be valid for minimum 5 months, the day they receive the application. Where the intelligence has gone now ?? :-[ :-[ :-[

Coming back to your query, International DD are issued on banks in Canada and hence RBI rules do not apply here. Even as per RBI mandate all International DDs are valid for six months. Have you made copy of DD before sending the application. Check it, it won't have a expiry date; which means it is valid for six months. 8) 8)

Does anyone have any idea in how much time can we expect AOR from NDVO? I got my PER 2 months back on 3rd June and havent heard anything after that from NDVO.

This wait is really killing......

I think they are waiting for some more PER for NDVO so that they can send the apps in bulk and save the courier charge...

Neither me nor any one else here works for CIC to be able to give you that answer.

I don't understand why people ask such questions, because the best we can do is make a wild guess based on the spreadsheet, which as accurate as it is can never be relied on a 100%.

What we can all say for sure is have faith ... have patience ... and hope for the best. Wishing you the best of luck with your application !!
