NOC Code - 2174

Admins. I cannot see my entry in the spread sheet. Do I need enter them again?

although, mentioned full time is enough but recently one of our forum member got rejected because the Reference letter didnt mention exact hours.
so my suggestion is pl try to get Reference letter with exact hours written on it
and if u cant manage the letter dont worry send ur Application with this letter and pray for the best ;D ;D ;D

If a letter contains number of years and date of joining+term full time employee, will this be enough or no of working hours mandatory?
Please advise.

My WES says 3 years post secondary education from a non - recognized institute.

I did my graduation from Sikkim Manipal University.

Will I be eligible to apply if I meet the rest of the criteria?

Seniors My application had reached on 9 june i gues our turn will come in october ..One question ,my husband has been to states many times on Business visa but never stayed for more than 6 months infact visa is max 6 months so he had always returned 1 or 2 days before 6 months ..does he need pcc from that country ?

Thanks for the info, but when will i have to submit the PCC, only after a authority letter from CIC or during filing application.
Moreover if My Indian Embassy providing my PCC will that be enough. For saudi local police authorities will do the job!

If you can't get the PCCs before you submit your application, your local VO will ask you for them later. This is what happens for most people. Don't delay sending your application to wait for PCCs. Good luck.

One question to the experienced forum members- Omarxp4 mentions in the mail received by him here Visa expiry is after 1 year only? Is this how it goes? I thought they'll stamp 5 year visa.

If WES report states that your institute is not recognized, unfortunately, you will not be eligible to apply for the FSW program.

It will be sufficient.... Most Indian companies never mention the no of working hours.. Because its not even available with them.
And banks don't have any fixed time...

BTW I have also applied under 1114.. Which role are you taking care of in Bank

please help..
i dont have birth certificate,and my 10th certificate doesnt have my fathers name explicitly on it(it is mentioned as my middle name)
So i made a self affidavit stating these are my parents and notarized it by a lawyer(sworn in)..will this be accepted by cic??? or this has to be made by my parents??
please please reply..i am quite worried.

No...pcc will be required to send if you stayed more than 6 months.

Relax you should be fine.
I have also applied with self affidavit for proof of birth + 10th certificate which only shows initials of my father's name.
