Hello,
I re-send my application on August 1, 2014 after I filled wrong Application fee ( CAD 500 instead of 550..That was stupid of me..)..

Any chance I will make it ? It is NOC 1112. My first application was recieved May 13, 2014 and They returned it Back to me the day before yesterday.

Is there anyway they consider to give a priority because it was a minor mistake ?

Your query has already been answered before.

You will not be given priority from CIC. When you resend your application it will fall back into the queue starting from the date of receipt of the application.

No body can guarantee your chances. It is as good as everyone else's who are applying during the same time frame.

I needed some serious inputs in getting my Educational Credentials assessed. I haven't sent my documents for assessment because of the below issues. Kindly help

1. I hope WES would be OK for the process?
2. I am having a Post Graduate diploma in Business Management from a college called Wigan & Leigh College, Bangalore. This College is a branch of the parent college from United Kingdom. My final PG certificate is issued by the UK College. But I cannot see the name of my college in the list of Autonomous universities/colleges. Should I tell the college to send the transcripts to WES? or can I just send the certificates directly to WES? Besides, I dont have mark sheets, instead there are grade sheets (4 grade sheets, one for each semester+ 1 final Certificate issued by the UK college which I mentioned above). How to make sure that the documents submitted wont be in bounced back?

3. Should I submit my PG, Graduation, Plus two and 10th standard? Or just the PG and Graduation will do?
4. My name is "Mohamed Ishak VP" in 10th, Plus two as well as graduation. But in PG, its Mohammed Ishak VP. one M is more.. :'(Is this gonna be a problem? How can it be addressed?

HI friends....CIC received my application on july 4...and im waiting for PER....now my wife got pregnant....probably in medicals my wife will be carrying our baby...will it affect our medicals and processing? how much delay it will take? pls help me to know...i hope so many had the same situation..pls share your valuable informations

First of all congratulations for the good news...
As you may be aware that cic is working for 12 may applications ..so you have to wait a long for your turn...
When your file will transfer to local visa office you can inform them about your situation..
It will not effect your application and yes it will definitely delay your file...
They may hold your file till the birth of baby and when you send the passport of new born then they will start processing your file...

Rest wait for other seniors to comment on this issue..

Congrats First.

I would say wait till you receive medicals and rprf request. Then medicals can be done as mentioned underneath.

Then when you send your RPRF to local Visa office insert a Cover letter notifying them and about any future steps you need to undergo.

If in case the medicals come after your Baby. Sent a cover letter to Local visa office. And they will inform you about the next steps, add another 6 -12 months more in your overall processing.

When you get the bank/fd certificate, tell them to show the figure on CAD also. They will do that on that day's exchange rate and will also mention the exchange rate in the certificate. So when you calculate your settlement amount just sum up the CAD amounts.

Nothing more exiting than receiving an email asking for ours passports to stamp our 1 entrance visa!! It happened on thursday

This way was really short. Ours lawyers sent on ours documents the 2nd of may. In 2 months 28 days, we got the the final answers and hopefully we are landing soon. Ours passports are in their way to the embassy. Too many decisions to take now. CANADA THE COUNTRY OF CAN DO PEOPLE.
