I am assuming you are the primary applicant. In this case NO. No points for spouse education.polwatta said:Hi every one,
Can anyone please advice me regarding this matter,
Can my spouse claim point for his non Canadian education?
Thanks.
There is no such restriction . No problem .abishek1979 said:Hi All,
After 10+ years in IT, I have worked in a variety of roles and can fit into 2171, 2173 and 2174. If I apply under 2171, and get the PR, will it limit my chances of finding a job under 2174 later? I mean, is the noc hard coded to your PR or is there some mechanism to force you only into 2171 jobs? Or are there any legal consequence of switching nocs later? Most service companies dont have well defined roles and a typical senior architect's role will span all 3 noc.
I am planning to submit by Aug 5th. Since 2174 is hot, I feel 2171 gives me the best chance.
Thanks

Is this for PR? or are you talking about visitor's visa?omarxp4 said:Nothing more exiting than receiving an email asking for ours passports to stamp our 1 entrance visa!! It happened on thursday
This way was really short. Ours lawyers sent on ours documents the 2nd of may. In 2 months 28 days, we got the the final answers and hopefully we are landing soon. Ours passports are in their way to the embassy. Too many decisions to take now. CANADA THE COUNTRY OF CAN DO PEOPLE.
Keep fighting your your dreams people!!! My new life is about to begin!!!
Thanks. I was confused since I read some stuff on noc being mandatory for LMO. Do employers need an LMO to hire candidates with PR?cjg1987 said:There is no such restriction . No problem .
