Thank u very much for that info. Actually in my letter of reference it already contains all the required details including the date of my employment until the end of my contract with with. I was just worried that it might affect my application. One thing more in my reference letter it does not contain my duties and responsilibities in my work. So what i did is that i attached in my reference letter a copy of my job description stating all my duties and responsibilities in all positions i handled. Will that be ok?

Get a colleague or a Senior Member of your Team/Organization to draft a letter of experience for you. AND attach their Business/Company Card and/or a copy of their Employee ID (if still working in the same organization).

Hi Everyone

I am staying in UAE and applying through delhi Visa office

In document checklist point no 8 they have asked for travel documents and passports, there are two questions that i have doubt about

1. Do i have to submit visa copy stamp of all foreign travel?

2. If No, then do i have to atleast send UAE stamp copy


Secondly, I need to know that photocopies needs to be self attested, true copy or keep it plain.

2. Depends. You are living in UAE but are not a UAE national/citizen? If so then yes you must show proof of admission to UAE, meaning all your visa stamps/renewals.

Plain copies is fine, no attestation needed.

If CIC does not specify a specific form of proof then you do not have to provide a specific form of proof. You prove it (whatever you are trying to prove) using whatever is relevant and reliable in your particular circumstances.

Remember that every case is different and relying on what someone else did is just as likely to mess you up as it is to help you. The idea that what works for one person will also work for everyone else is, frankly, bizarre.

You should also remember that if you do not get it right the first time you may never get another chance. So you should think about how you can be sure you are doing it right.

In generic form,
-at current occupation and intended occupation fields, should I put my designation(title) or NOC occupation name? Either or both (I suggest both)
-in personal history section, should I put my designation(title) or NOC occupation name? Either or both (I suggest both)

In the Schedule-3 form,
-it asks us to write a list of our occupations in the past 10 years, what about those non-NOC occupations, do we need to write them down as well? Yes, you MUST list ALL employment in the past 10 years regardless of NOC. If so, what to put in NOC code field for those non-NOC occupations? N/A? Whatever NOC applies, even if it is not one of the FSW-eligible ones.
- what to put in sections 12a and 12b? my designation or NOC occupation name? Either or both (I suggest both).
- section 12b looks occupation-wise, so should I group different designations of the same NOC occupation into one single entry? If so, will it make the staff confused with the personal history and work reference letter? No, each company is a separate item. List them chronologically.


Only my designations will be mentioned in the reference letter, so I'm very confused, pls help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It doesn't matter what your designation is. All that matters is whether your duties as stated in the letter match the NOC under which you are applying.

Since you have already provided a valid PCC , I don't see any reason why they would ask for the same again.

Guyz, quick question. If a person has two IELTS certificates, say, W5 R7 L8 S7 and W6 R7 L7.5 S5.5 - can this person apply with both those certificates? (For me, it is obvious that no, they can't... however, the question has aroused whether it's possible - does anyone know of rejections or any evidence?) Thanks!

Im a nurse and ive been assigned into many different areas and you mean in a letter i have to include all my duties and responsibilites together with the others required things to include in the reference letter? If im gonna do it i will have a 10 bondpaper letter of reference and thats funny. So you mean its isnt good that in my reference letter i just attached in separate sheet copies of my job description in every designation i had stating my duties and responsibilites in each position? Pls help. Thank you.

As you have been told before, including job duties in reference letter is REQUIRED. It's not funny, it's just what CIC asks for and what everybody does (if they can). Self-written duties (as you have done) aren't acceptable proof unless they are attested by your supervisor and you also provide additional proof of the same thing from official employer-given documents such as contract letters, and you write a coverletter explaining the circumstances that prevented you from getting the duties written in the reference letters.
