Hi... I am the primary Applicant having both Surname and Given name in the passport.
But my husband have only the Given Name mentioned on the passport and all the certificates.
Can anyone suggest me will stating Surname as 'Himanshu' will work? and in Given name as not Applicable.

Also let me know the link in CIC website where I can refer the same for confirmation?

Mention your husband given name as family name in imm 0008 and leave given name blank
for other forms he can write given name as family name and given name as N/A

[size=9pt] Neither Century nor me understand much about IT. So whatever you guys have concluded is hopefully fine! :)

Even then I went and looked at those codes on Jaxon's page earlier today LOL by clicking on 'View Source' to learn something new! ;D

Is it loading fine for you now? or is it still causing problems on pages I am posting?

Decision from CIO just arrived for you LOL (kidding):

Dear Mr. 911,

As dangerous as your name sounds so is your programming. It seems you are still an amateur 2174 / 2171 and need to grow up as a professional programmer. We have at this time decided to reject your case since you still have a long way to learn HTML and $hit. Please re-apply in express entry.

Thank you for your interest in immigration to Canada!

Sincerely,

CIO case officer

Of all the jokes, this was prolly the funniest! ;-)

nepsam,

PER rain just started yesterday for 7th may applicants.
Who knows u r in their list for today's recipient.

Keep calm you'll hear good news soon.

I have a question... if cc or dd has been encashed on 16th June for 6th May applicant and on 12th June for 7th May applicant then which applicant will take precedence by CIC for PER.. will it be on ghe basis of received day of application or it will change according to cc or dd encashment date.. just asking because due to some reason if someones cc is charged at 3rd try then will he be processed late for PER than whose got encashed in first try....

What's the timeline for complete PR processing in case of having an arranged employment in Canada?

Hi,

My present company is not providing me with experience/reference letter. Is an affidavit stating my roles & responsibilities, annual CTC,working hours, designation with the period will do?
If yes, can anyone help me with the format please?

For any additional sheet attached, do we need to mention in main form that " Please check Appendix A" or

I will keep the extra sheet right after the form is enough.

Plz suggest

thanks

Hi All,

Finally I couriered my application today. Spreadsheet updated -2173. Thanks to all the forum members for the help and support.

Waiting game begins....

We have applied for fsw program this time with myself as primary and spouse.

We are applying from India and maintain exact 8 lakhs for this purpose in account.

Canadian dollar value is changing and now I see that the amount 14,720 ( for 2 people) cad equates more than 8 lakhs as the rate is 55.55 ₹.

so will dat lead to rejection..Please advise. ?
