@ future_canadian.....it means that the more number of transactions in my account will have a positive affect or negative one ?...for eg...if i deposit another $2000-3000 dollars and withdraws them ( as i need to use them in future for various purposes ) and will again deposit them in a month or so...so if i am doing this for two three times....will it have a good or bad effect ?

A big chunk of money which is not in alignment with your historical earnings or current circumstances , whether in or out of your account is always questionable.

Don't do it.

Still we are not sure, full time is the major reason for rejection. If you have submitted joining letter, CIO reviewer shall be intelligent enough to sort it out. However, when they send rejection letter, they sometime show minor reason also along with the major reason. never heard someone rejected solely this reason.

It depends whether his package included any form of supporting documents (Offer letter/employment contract etc) to prove that he is indeed a full time employee. Or else there would be no way for CIO officers to identify his employment status.

Having said that , if he had given the above documents and his application had still been returned it is truly unfair.

Not a problem. The only thing that would be a problem is something that makes them suspect you do not actually have the necessary settlement funds. For example, you suddenly deposit the amount in your account, get the bank statement, then suddenly transfer it out again. Then it looks borrowed.

CIC does not expect you to leave your money sitting frozen in time. They understand life continues while your application is in process. Don't do anything that would raise an obvious red flag. Use your basic common sense.

They don't ask for additional information if they think an application doesn't meet the eligibility requirements. It's an applicants responsibility to present a complete and eligible application. CIC will not help.
