Guys i want to ask a question regarding proof of funds. Currently i have 13000 CAD in my account i need 18000 CAD for 3 family members. My question is if i put amount into my account straight away it will be problematic.

Please tell if we may get the Balance Certificate means a letter from my Bank about the current amount in my account so that in that way immediate transaction issue would be resolved. Please guide

Short time: Only bank certificate is accepted by CIO. No problem for this.

Long term: VO may ask 6-month statement and then about sudden influx of money. Ensure you got enough convincing logic/document to persuade VO. Also try to keep those fund not fall below the required funding amount.

In the Generic application form

Dependants section

My spouse does not have surname, i read in Cic website that if there is no surname then u should write

given name in surname field and under given name field u should write not applicable

Eg:

Surname __James Paul________
Given Name_____Not applicable________________

then in the form it is coming as

Not applicable.J

Is that OK - what should I do

secondly

My spouse's father and mother dont have surname too

so in Schedule A background declaration for

she should write her father's name and mother's name in surname field or in given names field

plz suggest

thankyou

Follow what is given on CIC's website:

If you do not have a surname on your passport, travel or identity document, enter all your given name(s) in the surname field, write “not applicable” or “N/A” in the given name field.
--
That same rule is applicable on any form you fill. If you write your names in different fields in different forms, then it'll only further confuse CIC.

That is great. My suggestion:
1. Give six month bank statement + Bank Certificate
2. Give sale deed along with the money receipt copy.

Benefit: If you provide only bank certificate, VO will never understand whether you have borrowed money; so there is high possibility that they will ask 6-month bank statement with explanation of sudden lump sum money. This could delay processing. On the other hand, if you in advance explain it with documentation, they will satisfy with your settlement fund and may not ask for bank statement at all.
