Hi,

I made a mistake of not writing my name in the blank space provided in the consent and declaration section of generic application form. I believe since it is signed and dated so it should not be a major issue.

I asked immigration consultant he asked me to return my package back...I saw in the forum here some people said it's ok others said return it back.
My application in Canada now..what can I do call it or let it go?
Please Advise

LET IT GO. IT IS NO ISSUE.

+1 Hello, I have just joined this network now and finding it hard to make an open post of question. Please accept my apology to write it to you :(. I am an Electrical Engineer considering to apply under 2133. My four years working experience started after my final semester exam in March 2006, where the date of award and given transcript is March 2007; this one year was due to a referred exam. Now will this one year experience before my final award be counted? After my final semester exam, I started working in the company and attended the only one exam left for the refereed (backlog). If not counted, should I hide it? Please help

As long as you have legit full-time work experience, doesn't matter what were you doing along with it, it counts a valid. You can study alongside work. You can even apply for FSW without a degree if you can earn required points.

May 8th last DD encashment date = May last CC charge date+ 15 days.

Check the may 8th last CC charge and add 15 days. If 15 days over, then worry, else be in happy mood.

My CC was charged June 13th.... It is NOW 40 days ..... and still waiting.

Has any one received his PER?

Jamal

Thanks folks for positive words. I was travelling in mobile the url is not there.can some one check in the sheet & let me know when 8th cc is charged. Thanks in Advance

+1 Thanks mate for your help. I am wondering also whether CIC get suspicious on the gap between the last semester exam and final date of award? Another confusing thing to me, whether a WES recognized Masters (UK) in Electronics Engineering can award me 23 points. Do you think I have still time to apply in August 2nd where I find in 2133, 11 out of 1000 has been filled up by 7/9th May?

hi guys...

this might be a good news to some,, and some might be worrying as what is happening...

Even I am surprised to see a pending activity on my CC account from Citizenship IMM FSw today (july 23)... It is not confirmed charges yet..charges are showing as pending. Does it mean CIC charged my CC?

App sent date: May 7
Received : May 14

I will update spreadsheet once i get confirmation from my CC account.
It looks like there is movement at CIC...
Good luck to everyone..

+ For NOC 2133 I see only 11 have been filled. What is your prediction brother? Can you tell me about the 23 points because the "Degree..." is quite confusing". I am quoting as 'University degree at the Master's level or equal. Note de bas de page 1 OR University level entry-to-practice professional degree (or equalNote de bas de page 1). Occupation related to the degree must be:
NOC 2011 Skill Level A, and
licensed by a provincial regulatory body.
Note: Degree program must be in one of these fields of study: Medicine, Veterinary Medicine, Dentistry, Podiatry, Optometry, Law, Chiropractic Medicine, or Pharmacy.' Source: cic.gc. ca/english/immigrate/skilled/factor-education.asp

Thank you Century for the reply.
But I believe 2253 is not present in the list. In the job responsibilities of Mechanical technologist(2232), it is mentioned about generation of CAD Designs and drawings
"Prepare and interpret conventional and computer-assisted design (CAD) engineering designs, drawings, and specifications for machines and components, power transmission systems, process piping, heating, ventilating and air-conditioning systems"

But apart from the above mentioned, the other responsibilties does not match to a larger extent. Does it mean I cannot apply 2232?

Regards
Sharma

Reposting as I did not get the reply :(

Most probably you should be able to make it. But I am not sure though. Regarding Degree it depends on ECA report concludes. If ECA report say that what you studied has Canadian equivalency of University degree at the Master's level or equal then you will get 23 points.
