Hi All, My application has reached today. Got too much delayed to complete the application. Is there any hope for NOC2133?

Congrats. Don't know for sure. Not being hot NOC chances are more that you might make it to NOC 2133.

will go back to UAE on 25 August then what is my country of residence

2. My name is Md. Imran Khan in all the certificates and Mohammad Imran Khan in my passport - do i need to submit affidavit or anything.

3. In schedule A form my spouse her mother does not have surname , so we should write the name in surname field or in given names field

Current country of residence - what should i write

status - worker or foreign national

if i select worker it is asking from and to dates - if i put to date till 24 june it is not taking

I left UAE on 24 june and will return to UAE in august , presently iam in india

most people in the group say my current country of residence as UAE. but not able to select it in generic application form,

Regarding to immigration consultant he said that printed document should be by laser paper only although I print out using ink jet printer...is it an issue
One more thing I live in golf area and I sent my wife visa without attestation is it an issue

Please advise

Hi All,

This is regarding experience letter of spouse. My wife is the main applicant. I am having 9 plus years of experience in the same company that I am currently. Before that I have worked around 2 years in another company, my total years of experience will come 10 plus. From the current company it is difficult to get experience certificate, because of the reason I am currently working for them. But I have the job offer letter with the date I have joined, appraisal letter with the current salary and the position held in the company and I have payslip. These details will full fill or it is mandatory that I have to get experience letter? please help me on this.

No issues about the printer. document should be in proper manner.
