If you can manage a second copy of IELTS + you would already have WES Evaluation; you should send the application right away.

Thanks!

You are still not out of the race. DD encashment news takes time to reach the applicant. So be patient. You can have a look at the SS to get an idea of how many of 8th May applicants have got their DDs encashed and how many are still waiting.
Thanks k_b .It means still there is hope

Congrats to you... FIrst step is cleared... :)

K-B, Now Iam confused if I need to initiate the process for PCC since I need to get it done from UK and India together, Shall I wait for CIC to contact me for these first or initiate for these now? any idea...

Ziyad

Thanks. I guess i would require PCC, Ielts, and wes.
PCC isn't compulsory at this stage so you might as well overlook it....if you have it...fine.
The most important is your IELTS and ECA....originals.
Cheers.

Guys, the delay in sending PERs is not usual, do you think these is a change in CIC process and they may send Medical, or PCC along with PERs (I recall someone earlier mentioned something similar to this)?

IMHO, non Ottawa applicants will surely get PER mails first.. Followed by AOR, followed by Med and PCC requests..

This sci- fi stuff ... happens only in India :-* !!!

I my self have a BC from Municipal Corporation.. it doesn't have name ... only says "male" child + parents name + DOB + place of birth etc.etc .
Its quite common having such nameless (male child/ female child) BC... Most of Indians born in early 80's or earlier got it like that.

As you rightly said the BC confirms the fact that a male child is born !! But if your parents have not registered your name at the time of registering it.. or within a matter of couple of yrs or so.. then you're gone !!

Those BC cannot be amended (adding name of that so called 'male'/ 'female' child), the Department guidelines restrict it at this stage (i think >15 yrs) :(
