Hi, All, i want to ask a question. hope anyone can answer, cause this is killing me.
I sent my application of FSW on 16th July, but i just realized that in my application, the names on my son's birth certificate are in Chinese only, other information is in both English and Chinese, so i want to ask, regarding this, is there anything i can do? or what are the chances for me to get rejected? is this gonna be considered incomplete application? thanks you very much.

Did you write your son's name in native language in the Additional Family Information form?

Yes, all the names of me, my wife, and my son are written in Chinese and English in other forms, and the Chinese names are also visible in all our passports.
but according to the Checklist, in the first page, it says, all the documents which are not english/french shall be notarized in english/french, my concern is that my son's birth certificate is both in English and Chinese, but the information added to the birth certificate like names, and addresses are in Chinese only. is this gonna be a reason for rejection? i mean, the immigration officers are highly unlikely to be able to read Chinese names, i'm afraid that they can simply reject the application without even taking a close look at the names.
and regarding this, are they gonna ask me to provide more detailed document? or simply reject with a reject letter which i need to include in my second application?

thank you guys. pls share any idea regarding this, any information will be highly appreciated.

CIC attempted to charge my CC but the request was declined, now I have resolved the issue. When CIC charge my CC again. Do they attempt just for once or give another chance.

Yes they do it 3 times...what was the issue that you resolved?

Actually serious question here: were all the previous PERs this year sent during their working hours? I thought they were automated so they can be simply sent at any time. .am I correct?

My hunch is that they will check your son's chinese name with passport and the form- they are not dumb.

meanwhile, i would suggest send CIO notarized translated copy translation done by certified translator along with the notarized BC copy. Add a cover letter and mention your full name, DoB, passport number, and UCI (if available).

Also request you to get enlisted into the spreadsheet.

Schedule 3 - Economic Class

Dears, I am an electrical engineer. I remained with the same company for the las 11 years but my designation changed. So in Schedule 3 forum should I mention as

From: 2005 To 2014, Occupation: Electrical Engineer, Years of Experience: Check against more than 4 years, Main Duties: XYZ

Or should I split it for different designations within company. The occupation however remains the same

Also please let me know should I write Electrical and Electronics Engineer in Occupation or just Electrical engineer. Can I fill this form with pen as there is less space to type
