Hi,

Regarding funds, I am planning to deposit the demanded amount for my family (round about 10 lakhs) to my account just before 1 week of sending the application to CIC. Is it fine or should I maintain the fund back from a longer period....

Pls reply.

Annie

It will be fine bro....In that case avoid bank statement....

And try to keep consistent balance on the accc from now.....:)

Please look into the following;
Factor 3: Work experience (maximum of 15 points)

You will receive points for the number of years of full-time paid work (or the equivalent in part-time paid work) you have obtained within the last ten years. Full-time means at least 30 hours of paid work in one week.

You must have at least one year of continuous full-time, paid work experience (or the equivalent in continuous part-time work) in the primary occupation you specify in your application.

In order to receive points for all of the jobs you have had over the past ten years, your work experience must be in one or more occupations listed in Skill Type 0, Skill Level A or B of NOC 2011. Follow the Determining your NOC category instructions above to find the NOC 2011 category that matches your skilled work experience over the past ten years.

You must provide proof of your work experience with your application. Refer to the Document Checklist (PDF, 240 KB) for more information.

Estimate how many points you will receive for your work experience:

Work Experience Points
1 year 9
2 – 3 years 11
4 – 5 years 13
6 or more years 15
Estimated Score | /15

Hello!
I sent my application on MOnday July 14 via DHL. Unfortunately I get no update about my application. It says Wednesday forwarded for delivery from Ontario. Nothing Thursday or today.
Anybody know what that means???
I checked DHL.com and entered my number

Hi don't worry this is a known issue. DHL uses local couriers for final stretch of the delivery at times .. so I am sure today sometime it will get delivered :)

Hello Friends,
Few clarity needed on Bank balance.

I managed balance and drafted balance certificate from bank when I submitted my file.
Now i do not have that much money and very less penny in my account.
As we have to manage money from some other resources (relatives), hence i am not maintaining right now.

3 questions:

1) VO will ask for bank statement once our file arrived at local visa office? if yes then, if they find 4 and 5 lakhs rupees credited into account (May) and after a month 9 lakhs rs debited (June), will that be fine? As of now my account is having roughly around 25 rs. So if they ask for statement will that be fine?

2) At what point, again I start maintaining balance?

3) How they will cross check our bank balance?

Appreciate your response.

1. Yes if you have not provided bank statements with your application VO will ask you for the same at a later stage. Even if you have provided bank statements with the application they may ask you for updated statements.

2. My guess is your funds were borrowed, which is not acceptable actually . Big ins and outs reflected on yours statements will raise flags. My suggestion if you have already sent application ,start maintaining the required funds from today or ASAP .

Dear PER holders,

1. Should I staple the multiple pages forms and documents or should use jems clips/binder clips?
2. Should I provide Reference letter original copy or photocopy?
3. Notary Attestation is required or simply photocopy is enough?

Even NON-PER holders knows the answer to your queries :

1. Do not Staple. Leave them unbound

2. Photocopy

3. Notarization is required for translated documents only

READ THE DOCUMENT CHECKLIST AND GUIDE IMM 7000

The only last wish we all forumites have bro...... god give us patience helping all these queries along with the wait......

Bank certification letter confirming your Account number + Account Balance + Your name .

Thanks

Guys...

Lets also understand that apart from FSWP 2014 files, CIC is also having a huge backlog of FSW1, FSW2 and FSW3...

so there is no reason in believing that they are not working.. they might be busy in handling some other important stuff..

Yes it is not mandatory . Your application won't get rejected.

PS : Be prepared to provide the statements at a later stage to VO, and make sure the required funds are maintained in your account for a considerable amount of time.

Thanks.
